Listen, does anyone know what THIS is, how cool it is and is there any sense in it (there is a minimum of information - I don't even fully understand the principle of operation)?

Mechanical dough mixer + set for 5 types of pasta
Kneading machines

Quite by accident I stumbled upon a device, and now I smoothly fluctuate between the stages of device addiction "I am idly curious", "and maybe I need it" and "I want it, I want it"
Rina
Ernimel, let's go HERE and look (only in that topic is such a machine with an electric motor)
Ernimel
That is, it turns out stupidly pasta? Does she knead "from scratch" or not (like he threw all the products and twisted the handle, and then threw it into the dishwasher)? I was simply embarrassed that they called her a dough mixer, pasta is not very relevant to me - just to indulge, perhaps. And then for the sake of a dose of cookies, sand or cottage cheese HP will not drive. So I interfere with a fork-hands and think about how to automate it without any special costs for the budget. This crap costs about 2tyr. And March 8 is close and the place in the closets has not ended yet (if you jump properly and compact everything that is)

Buy a small food processor with different attachments, you can knead the dough in it, at the same time chop the meat and chop vegetables.

Yes, I have a manual brown (which is a blender). Chop - mix - beat or hammer the batter - not a problem, but there is no kneading nozzle there. And the same shortbread "leg" with a blender or a whisk cannot be made simple. I want to try everything in a large bowl with ordinary knives, but it is quite narrow and high - I'm not sure that it will knead and roll normally.

I once had such a toy. It won't knead the dough! The ready-made dough is laid there and squeeze out the necessary pasta with a handle.
But when they dry, they crack in half lengthwise, and we have two rugs out of one round.

I tried it several times, the result is the same. Apparently, you need to make the dough from something else, different flour.
In general, it turned out as always - I lay down, but it's a pity to throw it away!

I decided for myself: we make the dough in a bread machine, roll it out in a rolling machine, cut the layer with a cutter up and down, and if you need noodles, you can also quickly cut it in rolling.
The main thing is that the dough is good for noodles (pasta) to find for yourself, and everything will be ok!

I like my kefir dough, and Tanyulia's custard - these are two excellent doughs in processing, plastic and not torn or boiled!

Thank you very much Admin for the warning. It means that for my "non-macaroni" purposes it will not work any more. I will still think. Or maybe a brown multi-quick will make a dough mixer some kind of normal.
Rina
If I mean the bowl in which the knives are spinning, then I have been kneading the dough in such (only in the Kenwood food processor) for five years. Both shortbread and cottage cheese ...
Look, not even Brown's company website is just information about the dough nozzle.

yeah, she means. But it always seemed to me that it was too narrow for that. ??? could I have been in the way for more than two years now, like all white people ?!
She left to get out her cookie gun and heat the oven ...

And thanks for the link to the new nozzle, you just need to understand which bowl it is (I have a small / large one) and call the service to find out how much happiness is.

Added later:
I tried it. Nifiga does not come out in it. The knives are somewhere below, sausage, and the butter and flour from above are motionless, they don't even think of gathering into a lump. have to shake out and knead with your hands. Whimper. All hope for a mysterious knife insert.

MUM 4756 is a good model, I had one. everyone is wonderful, and the meat grinder is very good, and the blender (only too small, you can't beat a liter of liquid in it, maximum 700ml). but there are two drawbacks. the first - does not knead rye and rye-wheat dough, hangs it on the walls, and the hook rushes in the center, so I changed it to another. but light wheat dough will knead for 5+ and the second minus - there is still waste during shredding. compared to the shredder on MCM 5529/5530/5540 - heaven and earth, in favor of the latter.

but for whipping - it's better not to find it

proteins, eggs, biscuits, muffins, muffins - his strong point is protein custard - only in it
Ernimel
See also the Bosch MUM 4756 EU model. Three shredding attachments, a hook for kneading dough, whisks for whipping / kneading dough of different consistency, and in addition - a mixer with a glass bowl, a meat grinder, a juicer, something else, the possibility of adding sets of three more attachments for shredding a la potatoes fries, dicing, d / cheese, can be used as a grinder, there are shafts suitable for several functions, a splash shield. I have already tried it, very easy, very convenient speed control, there are intermediate speeds. Costs within 8 thousand.
Yeah. Just free straight ... I don't need such a monster. I beat and grind with brown, and cut the potatoes with a berner. But I have nothing to quickly knead a dose of dough. It's stupid to start a multifunctional harvester for this business. I thought maybe there is something small and simple and special, albeit mechanical - everything is not a fork in a fork ... But, apparently, this is from a series of mother-of-pearl buttons.
Lisss's
Ernimel, they are from this series with a minimum of attachments. I now have MUM 47A1 - there are only whisks, a hook and a shredder. and the price is lower, respectively.

Marusya29, he does not knead heavy rye dough .. how can you lay it in another way, if you always have flour first, and then water is poured in? even wheat, if thicker, you have to help with a spatula until the gluten develops ..

but the cake dough - it's much thinner - just with a bang

on waste when cutting - I have both MCM and MUM - there is no waste at all on MCM. such a shredder there, super in comparison with him, there is a lot of waste on MUM
Lisss's
rye dough is steep, it is heavy .. its other whisk will not pull just .. when I fought with it, I tried everything - it sticks on the walls, that's all.

about water, then flour - it's all the same here, in fact - because when it has already mixed into lumps, its hook does not pull out. rye, for example, can be kneaded with a spatula so that there are no dry areas, and that's the end of it (but the question is - why then a combine, if you stir it with a spatula). and rye-wheat (where rye flour is more than 50%) - you need to mix it there in order to develop gluten in wheat flour, so this cannot be done ..

Quote: Marusya29

It's strange about waste, but I will shred something, I will definitely take a picture.

yes I saw them, actually I had one. but let's, for clarity

and I'll take a picture of the "waste" for you in MCM

Marusya29
Try to knead rye yourself at least once, well, at least 80%, and you will understand that the corollas certainly rest
Believe u Lisss's sooo much experience with the test and she knows what she is writing about

I spoiled myself a little with rye the engine on Mriya, of course it was kneaded with hooks well and didn't even smear on the walls, but the motor began to leak from the strain, so now it continues to leak with every use of other nozzles ...

for the price, in my opinion, a bread maker is more profitable and more functional, it is at least 2 times cheaper (Japanese prices), the principle of kneading is the same .. this kneader would cost not 500 bucks, but like a regular hand mixer, then yes, you can buy for a collection
SilviaBum
Girls, you know what else is embarrassing in all kneaders (hook, knife) - I watch the video and hear them hum like airplanes when they work.
And in my house it is almost always low noise, one family member suffers from loud noises due to hearing problems.

And the bread maker is kneading and kneading so quietly for itself, of course it does not pull the slurry, but it can be overcome with a mixer, it is still tighter than the engine of the combine.

Maybe there are slow-speed kneaders?

julifera
How kneads DLX, that is, it works out its cost

But for SilviaBum - how buzzing DLX:
it also seems to me that nothing is quieter than HP, but I am not yet test-free, so I don't know, maybe there are quiet kneaders ...

julifera, cool

One thing confuses me - there is such a big bowl, I mix so much dough once a year - Easter cakes ... the rest of the time I mix a maximum of 300 g of flour .. how does he, I wonder, cope with small amounts? ..
SilviaBum
julifera - Thank you for the video

Quote: Marusya29

Will there be a difference in the time of the approach of the dough after kneading in the direction of more than in HP?

The difference will be very minor.
When you distribute the dough not in HP, then 5 minutes back and forth do not play a role, you already look at the state of the dough.
Let's just say - this difference is not what I would find fault with in this case.

That, yes ... It really depends on how small. But one egg beats perfectly well. You just need to correctly adjust the height of the whisk.

Yes, I need it much more for the test
Eggs have something to beat ... yes, I rarely beat them, I don't bake cakes.

If I bake only for myself, then I do little, if for 2 families - then already a lot, I want both that and that amount to mix well.

Although the red KMH is handsome, I really have love at first sight.
Before that, Kitchen Aid was in the lead, but we have a hard time with them.
Practicality still holds the upper hand in me and I try not to buy only for beauty, although I really want to ...

I'm not very offended for kitschen because it plays the role of a combine. I have graters-shredders on it, I grind grain with a millstone mill, a nozzle for pasta-noodles and sheets, a nozzle for pasta. And there is also an ice cream bowl on it. In general, he solves all our grain business and a little others. But a small amount of dough is not that good. It is the one and only little thing that is missing - the little thing that removes the dough from the walls of the bowl.

Lisss's and who else is kneading the dough with knives!

Explain to an unknowing person - can this thing
KENWOOD CH 580 with a power of 450 W to knead the dough?
As they call it - and a chopper and a meat grinder and a processor ...

She has 2 levels of knives - 2 knives on the bottom, and 2 knives in the middle.
I suspect that with this configuration of the knives, the dough should not chatter much.

But the question is - will the dumpling dough pull 450 watts?
And how convenient is it to knead a small amount of dough in a half-liter bowl, probably 2 glasses - 300 grams of flour is not very good?

Oops, I didn't think ...

They asked me to pick up some kind of thread so that I would knead a little dough, and so that it would not take up too much space, so I think what to advise ...
Lika_n
I have not tried the dough, but now, the upper knives, they can be removed separately, you can work without them, two speeds, and an additional nozzle for mayonnaise (I haven’t tested it yet), I can remove it in nature-size - a bowl.
Lisss's
julifera, with exactly the same goals as you described, at one time I bought just such a thing Bosch MMR 1501, bowl 1.5 liters, power 550.

Kneading machines

it is impossible to knead the dough in it, this power is too small for the dough, the motor quickly starts howling, it may even smell ..

from 300 g of flour in a 0.5 liter bowl - nothing will be kneaded either, this is too much dough for such a bowl volume ..

about how to remove the dough from the knives - very simply the kneaded dough is not sticky, it can be freely removed by hand or with a spatula

in a word, this little thing is not suitable for kneading dough, unfortunately ..

I was looking for a thread for kneading small amounts of dough, now I use knives to mesh in a cube (it has a capacity of 1100), and with a hook - in MUM 47A1.

Girls, I have long wanted to ask, maybe who knows, my Kenwood, when kneading dough, smells like that, even if you run out of the kitchen. At first I thought it was new, but I have been using it for a year, but the smell still does not end.
Lara_
Girls .. Tell me, please .. We need an apparatus for kneading tight dough, yeast, for pizza and so on .. Hands - not enough strength .. An ordinary food processor (I even have two) heats up quickly and stalls .. Kitchen machine - well, very expensive .. I no longer need any other function, everything is available .. I already thought, maybe buy a bread maker for this purpose (please, don't throw your slippers at me)?
In short, I ask for advice .. Is there any not very expensive option for me?
Rina
who can throw slippers here?

Lara, perhaps the best option, is actually a bread maker. Find out how much flour you usually knead. For example, in Panasonic the dough of 500 g of flour is optimal. There are CPs that can bake bread up to 1500 g, but I don't know how much "ceiling" is there for flour?
Margit
Lara, in what price category would you like to buy a dough machine? Pay attention to the Kenwood cars, I purchased from Ozone:
Kenwood perfectly kneads even a very tight dough, a breadmaker with a tight dough will not cope, you should not risk it.
P.S In the post above, I wrote about the smell when the machine is running. The husband coped with this problem, took off the Kenwood casing, extended the screws, now the machine works as if it were even quieter and there is practically no smell of engine oil.

For the third year now, I have been kneading the dough only with a bread maker, I still cannot buy a suitable kneader.
The stove kneads quietly, with high quality, and even does the proofing itself, and I also have a programmable one, I can even make the dough with autolysis, even without it, distribute as much as it fits, without following it, does everything by itself from start to finish.
Then I take out the dough and bake it in the oven as I want.
