Ingredients

Beef tails 1.5KG
Pearl barley 1 tbsp.
Carrot 1 PC.
Celery (stem) 1 PC.
Sweet pepper 1 PC.
Fresh beans (not necessarily, it just grows with me, and I put them almost everywhere) handful
Tomato paste optional

Cooking method

  • This dish is for those who, like my children, love cartilages and bones.
