Chicken liver ... almost Stroganov style (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Chicken liver 600 g
Bulb onions 2 pcs
Pickled cucumber 2 pcs
Sour cream 1 st. l.
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.
Milk or cream 100 ml
Flour or starch 0.5 tsp
Salt taste
Pepper taste
Spice taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Cut the onion into half rings. Cucumbers in thin straws (I rubbed them on Berner), I leave the liver like that, without cutting it, I just rinse and clean it of films and all kinds of unnecessary things.
  • 2. Pour vegetable oil into the bowl of the pressure cooker, about 10 ml, put the onion there, set "Oven" or "Roasting" mode, third level, time 2 minutes. When the onion is a little fried and becomes, as it were, transparent, add the cucumber, then add the liver and continue frying until the end of the program.
  • 3. Add sour cream, mayonnaise, salt, pepper, spices, milk, starch or flour, mix everything and expose "Multipovar" 120 degrees, time 4-5 minutes.
  • Chicken liver ... almost Stroganov style (Cuckoo 1054)

Note

Of course, it’s better to do beef liver, but chicken liver is softer, and my tender loves it.
Therefore, it was decided to make it from chicken liver.
I serve the liver with rice, also cooked in a cuckoo (we no longer recognize another rice). My sooo like the liver cooked in this way, and any, the cucumber adds some kind of "zest" to this dish.
Bon Appetit!
The liver was cooking in a new cuckoo pot.

Yes, but not much at all, no more than 6-8 minutes on the Multipovar and I soak the beef liver in milk beforehand. And then at the expense of sour cream it will become soft. Then you can keep it heated. Good luck.
