Ingredients

1. Dough
Wheat flour 90 g
Warm water (or whey) 100 ml
Sugar 3 tsp
Fresh yeast 9 g

Cooking method

  • Knead a soft dough. Knead with a spatula, for a long time, with twisting-vertical movements, driving the air into the dough with a spatula (usually I do it for 300 "strokes"). The dough is very soft and sticky. By the end of the batch, it begins to lag behind the bowl.
  • If the HP kneads, it is necessary to do a long kneading, at least 25 minutes.
  • Put the dough on a floured table, stretch and roll it into a rectangle (about 30 * 20cm). Brush with butter (vegetable, melted butter) and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and ground or grated cardamom (3 to 1 mixture). Ground is better - the aroma is more preserved and prettier ...
  • Roll up a thick roll, cut it into "washers" about 1.5 cm thick, spread on a baking sheet.
  • Melt in heat for 1-1.5 hours. Bake in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes at T 1800FROM

  • Home cook mode, settings:
  • kneading 1 - 3 minutes (kneading dough)
  • proofing 1 - 60 min (raising the dough)
  • kneading 2 - 24 min (kneading dough)
  • proofing 2 - 10 minutes (at this time we cut the dough)
  • proofing 3 - 90 min (proofing buns)
  • baking - 60 min
  • Before starting, warm up the empty CP in the "baking" mode for 1 min. Pour out the ingredients for the dough and turn on the mode. The dough will be kneaded here as liquid as dough for pancakes.
