Ingredients

Flour 350 g
Milk 125 ml
Salt 1/2 tsp
Sugar 50 g
Margarine / butter 60 g
Dry yeast 1 tsp
Egg 2 pcs.
Cognac / rum, vanillin, 1 tsp
Grated lemon zest 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • We put everything in the bread maker on the "dough" mode. The dough is fragrant, the taste of lemon is preserved during baking. Since I was in a hurry, I didn't bother with molding and I got delicious round buns for milk.

Natty, as I understand it, the "Dough" program is kneading + raising, then cutting and immediately for baking or proofing is needed?
