Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour 450 g
Water 250 ml
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
Dry yeast 1.75 tsp
Filling:
Olives (pickled, in jars) 8-10 pcs
Coarsely chopped parsley 2 tbsp. l.
Butter 50 g
Anchovy 4 fillets
Mozzarella 150 g
Garlic 2 cloves
Freshly ground black pepper

Cooking method

  • We put all the ingredients in the bucket of the bread maker and turn on the "dough" or "Pizza" mode. For those who do not have this unit, knead all the ingredients and put them in heat for 40-60 minutes to raise. Then you can roll it out.
  • Roll out the dough, arrange a small side, prick with a fork and bake for about 10 minutes, until almost ready, as it became golden - take out
  • Dry the anchovy fillet with a paper towel. Put parsley, anchovy fillet, olives, black pepper and garlic in a glass of a blender or processor and chop with impulse presses. Not mashed, but finely crumbled. Combine this mass with oil at room temperature. Mix the ingredients together with a spoon.
  • Remove the base from the oven, spread the cheese (mozzarella) grated on a coarse grater or cut into thin slices on it and put the butter mass on top with a teaspoon (slightly smearing it).
  • Return the pizza to the oven for another 5-10 minutes, until the mozzarella starts to brown with nice golden specks.

Capelin really smells very specific, it is better then sprat. I think you have canned anchovies in oil. They were simply never needed, so I didn't pay attention. Look in large markets in the canned fish sections.

I made entu pizza. The only ingredients for the filling were anchovies, butter and pepper. She sent her son for the rest, put the dough.
