Pilaf with curry, hearts and shrimps in a Panasonic multicooker

Ingredients

Chicken hearts 1 tray
(~ 600 g)
Peeled frozen shrimps
(more, not worse)
~ 300 g
Long rice
(more is possible,
I just love pilaf

Raisins A handful
Curry

Cooking method

  • Fry the hearts with curry (do not regret it) on baking, so that they grab a little, add the shrimps without defrosting - fry a little more so that they melt well. In total, it took me about 15 minutes to bake. Turn off. We throw in raisins, rice, if necessary - add water (from shrimp it turns out decently "shrimp juice", but I added about 1 multi-glass - the rice was slightly covered.) Add / add curry to taste, turn on "Pilaf" (you can , if needed).
  • Perhaps, instead of raisins, pineapple pieces will go well - there will be a more "exotic" taste. But that’s also delicious.

I love all kinds of chicken hearts, I made ordinary pilaf with them, and then I decided to try such an interesting combination. I share.
