Kefir pizza dough

Ingredients

Dough:
Wheat flour about
2 tbsp.
Kefir 1 tbsp.
Salt Little
Soda 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • All the most ordinary glasses are faceted. The flour is written approximately, because sometimes you have to add a little bit - the dough should turn out soft and airy, but roll out - that is, it still should not be liquid. Enough for one, but large and thick pizza.
  • The dough is without yeast, so you can bake it right after preparing the dough and filling.
