I have no idea how many ml is in your measuring cup,
but generally
240ml wheat flour = APPROXIMATE 150g
240ml rye flour = APPROXIMATE 130g

For yeast - in general, all the same, it is necessary to put Moment (they are recommended for bread makers). But since only Levure is available, put it in without changing the dosage (that is, it says 1 tsp - put 1 tsp of Levure).

For half a year now, I have been the owner of the Clatronik 2866 oven, and during this time I almost never got a normal tasty bread. Experimented a lot. And with yeast and flour. I tried to bake black bread and everything was wrong. I read all the recommendations and tried to follow them, including on this site. Sometimes I bake, cool down, taste - it seems delicious. And in the morning I try it and throw it away. My scales are really not electronic, I'm going to buy everything.
I have one request for you: give some recipe you tested on Clathronic and one more question: do you put yeast on the bottom of the bucket or on top of the flour? I met both options on the Internet.

My most common recipe. Bread "French":
water - 240 ml + 2 tablespoons (slightly lukewarm).
salt - 1.5 teaspoons
sugar - 1.5 tablespoons
flour - 3 measuring cups (240 ml each)
fast dry yeast - 1 teaspoon (sometimes I add another drop)

Put everything in the order shown.
I recommend mode # 2 (for Klatronic), the size of the roll is small, the crust is medium.

Personal advice: Watch your dough as you go. The second mode for a small roll - 3 hours 40 minutes. The speed of raising the dough depends on the room temperature (make sure there is no draft). Check the rising height of the dough 1.5 hours before the end of the cycle (= half an hour before baking). If the room is very warm, it will most likely rise earlier (15-20 minutes before baking). Then reset the timer and start mode 12 (baking).
Even if the dough rises strongly, then the top of the roll will simply fall off when baking, this will not affect the taste of the bread.

The taste of the bread depends on the proportions of water-flour-yeast. It’s different every time.

But in the second mode it turns out better than in the first. On the first stage, especially in cool weather, the dough does not always have time to rise. You have to reset the timer, keep it still and then start the 12-baking mode.

Do not be afraid to measure everything with just spoons!
Follow the first batch of dough (read the topic on the site about "kolobok").

Eva3 has been using only 3 modes 1, 2 and 8 for 2 years now, this is a dough mode, I use mode 8 every other day because I bake bread in the oven, the dough kneads well. I did not use other modes.

Overall, I really like the bread maker. Only this is what "fast programs" mean. I tried to switch it on to very fast 1 - this way the machine was kneading the dough for more than an hour. And it should also rise! ??? In general, I switched to the usual program and remained in doubt ... Maybe someone will tell you what ....?
