Minced meat nests in cheese sauce (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Pasta, Tagliatelli nests 5 pieces
Minced meat (ready-made, with spices and whatever you like; I have pork + beef, 50/50, onions, salt pepper) 200g
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp. l.
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp. l.
Cream 150 ml
Sour cream 1 st. l.
Cheese 100g
Salt taste
Pepper taste
Basil taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Let's prepare our sauce, it's so simple that we can call it a sauce like that .... so ... and yet ...
  • in a glass for whipping or in a bowl, in general, whatever is convenient for you to whip, put mayonnaise, sour cream, cream, salt, pepper, dried basil and a little more than half of the cheese, well, 60 grams ...
  • beat everything with a blender and leave for the time being.
  • 2. We cook minced meat as you like, as many housewives, as many types of minced meat preparation. I always use mixed minced meat + onion + spices and for a few minutes, I must "beat" it.
  • 3. We take our nests, put them in a cuckoo's saucepan, fill the holes with cooked minced meat, put a spoonful of tomato sauce on the minced meat (I use homemade tomatoes, whipped with a blender).
  • 4. Sprinkle cheese on the tomato sauce.
  • 5. Pour the prepared early sauce into a saucepan to our already stuffed nests.
  • 6. Select the mode "Multi-cook ", temperature 120 degrees, time 7 minutes.
  • Minced meat nests in cheese sauce (Cuckoo 1054)

Note

Now we eat and enjoy. My sooo liked it, and just as Parker liked it, he so diligently pretended to be hungry ..... that he also got an extra.
Try it - delicious, fast, easy.

Is it possible to follow the same algorithm, I mean the mode and temperature. to make giant seashells?
Tanyulya
You can, we sell "Shoes", I made them, with minced meat and feta cheese. And cannelloni are quite normal.

Tanyulya! I have made these nests several times, but ... if you follow your recipe, then there is little liquid, the top remains dry, since the nests are higher. Then I tried to fill it with the top, then it turns out to be a mess. How are they evenly soaked and not dry with a minimum amount of liquid?

Are you doing it in a pressure cooker? Under pressure?
Taha
Yes, I follow the instructions strictly, because I don't "feel" the multicooker.

Honestly, I can't understand what is the matter. One of these days I'll re-cook ... I'll check what is wrong.

What are you, it's not difficult for me. I'm just worried why it doesn't work out: pardon: As soon as I do, I'll unsubscribe right away.
Maybe where I messed up ... anything can happen)
Tanyulya
Taha, good evening. I made the nests again, everything is as it is written with me
150 g milk
1 tbsp. l. sour cream = 75g
1 tbsp. l. mayonnaise = 47 g

I stuffed everything, filled it in and I see that they are closed by 1/3 ....: - \ then I bought another company
I always take Macfa the height of the nests raw 4-6 cm, and this time I bought Grand Di Pasta ... and their height is exactly 10 cm. But I acted according to the instructions, and what do you think? The top was over the aldente, then I opened the lid and added about 50 ml of boiling water with mixed milk and for another 1 minute on the Multipovar, but the truth was forcibly turned off, I decided that everything was ready. and really everything was ready. So I didn't mean to mislead you, but ... size matters. Sorry generously
That's what happened ... love my nests

Tanyulya, so all the same, the reason is in height ... I really had cm. 10 ... That is, if you take high ones, then close them by 2 \ 3?

Yes, close by half or a little more, somewhere 2/3.

stuffed big pasta with minced meat according to your recipe, just made for multi Supra.
I made some changes to the recipe, since it was pasta, then I filled them with water so that they barely looked out of it, turned on the Porridge program, for 30 minutes., You can turn on the Normal program, then the cartoon itself will turn off as soon as everything is ready ..Minced meat nests in cheese sauce (Cuckoo 1054)

Tanyulya, thank you very much for the recipe))) I liked it very much)) I made an adjustment for the available products: instead of tomato sauce I took lecho Ashanovskoye - I blendir with a little spicy ketchup))) and replaced the cream with milk) everything else - according to the recipe. I poured the tomato sauce abundantly (2 tablespoons per nest) and the main one - doused each nest))) and nothing was boiled and dried !!! Thank you very much !!!

Oh, I want, I want! Tanyulya is pretty, and Mona (nervously swallowing saliva) cook them in the oven? What is the technology then? Do you stuff your nests wet? And I was advised to boil a little.

iris. ka, I honestly don't remember whether I cooked in the oven or not, I tried it in AG, but they turned out a little dry on top.
I stuff the nests raw and fill more than half with the sauce so they cook like lasagna. I think it's real in the oven, the most important thing is to calculate the amount of sauce with which you will pour the nests. Good luck and waiting for your results.

The recipe is actually very good, but you really need more liquid.

Sometimes it takes more, and sometimes just right. I just made more water and it turned out to be a dough.

I added a little milk and boiling water, by eye. So that the nests are 2/3 covered.

And I'm marking time near this recipe - marking time. I already learned the recipe by heart.
But we do not have these nests on sale! I look forward to when they deliver. I will definitely cook it!

In general, I had some fettuccines, small ones, there was no hole inside, so I rolled the minced meat with balls and put it on top, slightly flattening it to the nests.
And then I had the minced meat left, I put it in the refrigerator, and the next day it got a little hardened, so I added a bun soaked in milk to it, and it turned out almost minced cutlet. And again I prepared the nests. It turned out even juicier and tastier.
Instead of cream, I had milk, there was no mayonnaise on the first day, it gave more sour cream. It didn't spoil anything.
I liked the recipe very much with the speed of preparation. Literally 10 minutes of time is spent on all the workpieces. And another 10-15 minutes - the cooking itself.

I start my boots with minced meat or curd cheese deliciously, And in our freezer they sell macaroons stuffed with minced meat, as the hand does not rise to buy to try.

Tanyulya, I prepared nests in MV! Very convenient - 30 minutes for baking and you're done! Thank you.

Tanyulya, tell me please, if there is no "Multipovar" program, you can cook this dish on the "Stew" mode ???

You can, only preferably no longer than 25-30 minutes so that the program lasts
NataMi
Thank you!!!!

fronya40, good day!
I understand that this is a matter of bygone days, but still I ask - did you cook in an ordinary MV, without pressure?
And then I, having stumbled upon the recipe, lost peace and sleep. But my MV is normal, Panasonic, without pressure. I conjured with programs, even it did not work out very well, apparently I chose the wrong program ...
