Ingredients

150 gr pumpkin puree + 50 gr cottage cheese + 1 egg + milk = 350 ml
Fresh yeast 25 g
OR dry yeast 1 sachet (7g)
Sugar 50 g
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Flour 500 g
Salt 1 tea the spoon
Butter (margarine) 50 g
Vegetable oil 1 table. the spoon

Cooking method

  • Steam the pumpkin and mashed with a blender.
  • At the bottom of the bucket, crush fresh yeast, pour sugar on top, pour in the liquid mixture, add 150 grams of flour. Turn on the batch for a few minutes.
