Cooking method

  • Borscht with mushrooms in a multicooker Cuckoo 1054
  • - we cut all vegetables as you like.
  • We include Browning mode 10 minutes, level 3 - heat the butter in a saucepan.
  • - put onion, sweet pepper, carrots in a saucepan, fry.
  • - add grated beets, cut tomatoes in half, tomato paste, stew everything.
  • - add salt, sugar, vinegar, simmer a little more. I stew vegetables so that they begin to fry, excess moisture leaves.
  • Turn off the Browning mode.
  • - put in the pan all the other vegetables, meat, spices, herbs, water until the desired density of borscht. I ended up with an almost full pan at the "8 level" mark.
  • Include Multi-cook mode, time 15 minutes, temperature 110 *... We wait….
  • Open the pan and adjust the taste for spices and salt, sugar, vinegar.

Note

LET'S TRY ... It turned out very tasty! Mentally it went like that ...
You can add sour cream or crushed garlic to the finished borschik to taste, or you can both together!

Bon appetit, everyone!

Admin, I am reporting. Thank you very much.

Here is my report:

I cooked lean borsch. I put everything in a saucepan except for boiled and grated beets with a little vinegar. I put on the "Multipovar" program for 12 minutes at a temperature of 110 degrees. When the magic pot boiled the borscht, I opened the saucepan and added the beets. She closed the pan and left it on the heat for 5 minutes. Bosch turned out to be very tasty.

Thanks for the recipe!
I cooked in tandem: thermomix + slow cooker. My report: chopped onions, carrots, beets in a thermomix, added tomato paste, butter and slightly fried and stewed on the varom mode. In the meantime, I slightly fried the meat in butter in a slow cooker (quite a bit), added chopped potatoes, cabbage to it, laid out the dressing from the thermomix, dripped vinegar, salt, sugar, bay leaf, a mixture of Italian herbs, a spoonful of sweet adjika, poured water and turned on multi-cook, 105 degrees, 20 minutes. The borschik turned out to be beautiful and tasty!
