Ingredients

glass 250 ml
100 g margarine at room temperature

1 bag of vanilla sugar
1 egg
2 table. sour cream spoons
1 cup flour +1 teaspoon baking powder mix
1.5 cups oatmeal

Cooking method

  • I got 16, but as you can see, the cookies are not small.
  • Chip!!!
  • Fry oatmeal in a dry frying pan until coffee brown and cool.
  • The fried flakes give the liver a distinct nutty flavor!
  • Mix all the ingredients in the order indicated in the recipe. Pass the finished dough through a meat grinder or blender.
  • Grease your hands with vegetable oil and shape the cakes, put them on baking paper. Make depressions in the cakes and fill them with chocolate flakes (optional). Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown.

At one time I baked these cookies very often, I experimented with additives, on the advice of Lenusi I replaced the cereals with oat flour and in the end I got such a recipe based, of course, on yours:

Oatmeal cookies (better than store-bought)

Structure
glass 250 ml

100 g margarine (better than butter) at room temperature
0.5 cups sugar
1 bag of vanilla sugar
cinnamon to taste (1/4 tsp)
1 tsp dark cocoa (for color)
1 egg
2 table. sour cream spoons
1 cup flour +1 teaspoon baking powder (mix)
1 cup oat flour

Preparation

Mix butter and sugar, then add egg and sour cream.
Mix the dry ingredients separately in a large bowl, then add them to the egg / butter mixture and knead to a soft, sticky dough.
It is convenient to mold cookies using an ice cream spoon (divide the resulting portion in half).
Lubricate your hands with vegetable oil and form balls, put them on baking paper at a distance of at least 5 cm from each other (during the baking process, the cookies increase both upward and outward). Press the balls with a fork dipped in water, applying it crosswise. Bake at 180 degrees until golden brown (approx. 15-20 minutes), the main thing is not to overexpose it in the oven, otherwise it will be dry and hard.

It is better to cook from a double norm of products, since the cookies do not stale ... You should get almost 2 large baking sheets - this is about a kilogram of finished cookies (44-45 pcs).

Cinnamon and cocoa enrich the traditional taste of oatmeal cookies, and oatmeal makes the cookies softer (I felt the flakes and not everyone liked it ...)
