Pumpkin cookies with chocolate

Ingredients

Cup - 240 ml.
200 g butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
0.5 cups brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 packet of vanilla sugar from Dr. Oetker 8 grams
1 cup pumpkin puree
3 cups flour
1.5 tsp. baking powder
a pinch of salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
150 g dark chocolate, broken into small pieces (or chocolate chips)

Cooking method

  • Pumpkin puree can be prepared in many ways.
  • 1.5 minutes in the microwave: put the desired piece of pumpkin right with the peel, turn it on to the highest power, and that's it.
  • 2. Or cut the peeled pumpkin into small pieces. Pour water over just to cover the pumpkin. Boil pumpkin until tender. Drain the water through a sieve. This water can then be used to make bread. Crush the pumpkin with a mashed potato crush or a blender.
  • 3. You can steam the pumpkin in a double boiler.

The dough was made by a mixer in "Boshik".Beat butter and margarine with sugar, then add an egg and pumpkin. puree, flour with baking powder and spices.
The dough turned out to be the most delicate, creamy consistency.
The raisins were added last with a spoon.
I put it on a baking sheet with a dessert spoon. The cookies turned out to be too large, you still need to not be lazy and spread with a teaspoon.
Exit - 16 pieces.
Baked on convection at T 180 ° for 15 minutes.
The cookies are soft inside, muffin-like.
