Ingredients

Lamb ribs
Bulb onions
Carrot
Tomato
Adjika
Potatoes
Seasonings for meat
Garlic
Dry greens

Cooking method

  • In the baking mode, fry the lamb ribs (you can also cut other meat into pieces). After frying a little, we throw the onions, then the carrots with strips, when the ribs become with a golden crust, we throw in the tomato and adjika. Then add the diced potatoes (as usual for soup) and easy-boiled rice (for porridge) - 2-3 tablespoons. l not more, pour in hot seasoning for meat (like "golden soup") add garlic and dry herbs and for 1.5-2 hours in a cartoon for stewing. The time depends on the meat, and on the size of the potato cubes, and on people's preferences, I put it at 2 hours. We are already adding fresh herbs (cilantro, parsley, dill) to the plate and for whom the adjiku is not spicy enough)))

Well, here I do not write at all the proportions of who wants to get how much, you can imagine how thick the expected soup should be in the end result, at the beginning the soup should be a little thinner (the rice will boil down, the soup will become thicker), but do not overdo it, in multe, the water does not boil away as much as in the pan)))

My mother makes adjika cooked and gives us a jar, and she stood with me until it deteriorates. And now he is very successful in the soup. ...
