Homemade sausage

Ingredients

Chicken fillet 1 chicken
these are 2 halves
Egg 1 PC.
Small head bow 1 PC.
Soaked bun 50 g
Garlic 1-3 cloves
Milk 5-7 Art. l.
Sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
Flour 2-3 tbsp. l.
Salt, pepper, spices
You can finely chopped greens

Cooking method

  • Without a bun. But I kill 2 birds with one stone - the child eats without bread.
  • Twist the chicken fillet in a meat grinder with onions and a bun. Squeeze the garlic through the garlic. Beat well with a blender. Then add sunflower oil, salt, pepper, spices, dye, if you like, flour. Mix well. The mass should not be liquid, but elastic.
  • Then I take the usual baking bags. I cut the desired piece to size (arbitrary sizes). I put a part of the minced meat, form a sausage in a part of this bag and then twist the whole bag. I twist well with a thicker thread on both sides.
  • I throw the sausage into boiling water and cook it for 30 - 40 minutes. I take it out. Cooling down. I store it in the refrigerator. The film, due to the presence of oil in the minced meat, is easily removed.

Hello, clever hostesses. Today I want to share my experience of producing my own boiled sausage. What made me do this is that I am a categorical opponent of ALL witchcraft that our trade now offers especially! for children. None of them can do without chemistry! products. And children love sausage very much - it is tasty and easy to chew. If for lunch you can serve a cutlet, chicken leg, goulash or roast, then for breakfast, when you had to quickly feed and run to work, your head was simply swollen. I constantly made boiled pork. But she was already tired. Fried fish fillets, too. The child demanded sausage.

I like spices - Provencal herbs. I didn't use any dye, so the sausage is white. But you can add a couple of tablespoons of beetroot juice for color. When forming the sausage, you can put sticks of boiled carrots inside or combine minced meat with finely chopped pieces of boiled tongue. In general, there is a lot of room for fantasy.

Much depends on the spices that are included and other additives, such as cracklings. I have never made steam cutlets. But the taste of industrial chicken sausage resembles. But do not forget that you can easily make the taste with chemistry, but then there is nothing to start with your own home cooking.

I prepared it today. I liked the process very much and the sausage itself came out cool. I cooked according to the recipe with all the ingredients, but as a former worker of the meat-packing plant, I added a tablespoon with a slide of dry cream (there was no milk powder). The taste has become softer and the consistency, respectively. And further. The ingredients indicate milk and an egg, but at what point and where to add them is not indicated. I meant that a loaf is soaked in milk, and I added the egg before the butter. I cooked in the cartoon for "Couple". Thanks will be constantly on our table. If you add more milk, you can make sausages according to your recipe.
