And I baked a cake yesterday. It turned out, well, very, tasty! I want to share the recipe. For the cake I needed:
For the cake:
Flour 2 tbsp.
Butter 200 gr.
Sugar 1st.
Baking powder 2h. l.
Cocoa 1.5-2 tbsp
Vanilla sugar 2h l.
Salt floor. tea lodges.
5 eggs

For the cream:
Sour cream 500-600 gr.
Sugar 1st.
Vanilla sugar 2h l.
Pineapples 0.5 cans (500gr.)
Walnut 100g.

Grind butter with sugar and vanilla. Add eggs (one at a time), mix well. Sift the flour through a sieve. Add baking powder and half a teaspoon to the flour. salt. Then gradually add flour to the mashed mass and mix thoroughly. Divide the resulting dough into 2 equal parts. We mix cocoa into one of them. Grease the bowl with oil, put both parts of the dough in it in turn. Baked on Multipovar for 1 hour 15 minutes.
After cooking, remove the cake from the bowl and cool.

While the cake is cooling, prepare the cream.

Beat the sour cream (10 min.); then, continuing to beat, add 1 glass of sugar and 2 tsp in small portions. vanilla sugar, beat for another 5 minutes.
Cut the cooled cake into 3-4 cm cubes.

Fresh pineapple 300-400 gr., Transparent jelly for cakes 1 bag, sugar 1/2 cup; pineapple juice 250 ml.

Sift the flour through a sieve 3 times. We take 1/3 of the proteins, put them in the yolks and gently, mix with a spatula from top to bottom, just not in a circular motion and not with a mixer (important!), As if shifting from bottom to top until the mass becomes homogeneous, pour flour (in parts) and continue to mix from top to bottom, then put the remaining proteins and gently stir with a spatula from top to bottom until the mass becomes homogeneous.

• 300ml. cream + 150 ml. milk (for gelatin)
• 1.5 cups powdered sugar
• 20 gr. gelatin

Soak gelatin in 1 glass of milk and leave for 1 hour. When it swells, heat until completely dissolved (but do not boil !!!). Cool the cream, beat with powdered sugar until a strong foam forms, add the cooled milk with gelatin, mix everything well with a mixer and remove for 1 hour in the cold. The cream is ready.

Rinse the rice in cold water. Rinse very carefully so as not to damage the rice. Rinse 5-6 times, until the water becomes clear. Then leave the rice in water for 10-15 minutes. Put the rice in a multicooker bowl and add water in a 1: 1 ratio (for 1kg.rice 1 l. water or 2 tbsp. rice 1 and 3 \ 4 tbsp. water). This is done for easy stirring with rice vinegar and cooling quickly, but you need to cover the rice in the kitchen. with a towel so that it does not dry out and keep it covered throughout the entire cooking time of sushi and rolls (they took some of the rice and the rice must be covered again).
I just want to clarify that round-grain rice is needed, it is better molded, yesterday I made it from long-grain (maybe there was no other) It turned out also delicious, but a little not that))

You can add a lot more, I didn't have anything else

So I became the proud owner of a multicooker two weeks ago. The first pancake came out lumpy: I cooked pilaf according to the clinary book that was included. The pilaf turned out to be ugly: just sticky porridge. Further down the list:
Millet porridge with pumpkin and dried apricots. I put it on the timer, ate in the morning. The taste is amazing!

The next morning, for the sake of experiment, I added 2 eggs, a little prunes and raisins to the rest of the porridge. Again on the timer, 20 minutes on the Multi-Cook - in the morning it turned out to be a delicious casserole.

Steamed fish steak (salted, sprinkled with Provencal herbs, sprinkled with lemon juice, cooked for 15 minutes) - very tasty.

Fish soup, everything is simple here: fish, carrots, potatoes, spices, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of semolina for density. I cooked for 25 minutes, then reheated for 3 hours, delicious.

Bread. 1 tsp dry yeast - 1 tbsp. l sugar, a little water - the mixture stood for 10 minutes. Then sifted 2 MV glasses of plain flour and 1 tbsp. whole grain flour (the residues after sifting the whole grain flour also went into the dough). Added 1.5 tsp. salt, 2 tbsp. l. olive oil and 230 mg of warm water, added 0.5 glasses of the "Fitness Mix" mixture. I kneaded the dough and let it rise 2 times. I cooked on Multipovar for 60 + 20 minutes, then turned it over and another 20 minutes. The bread turned out to be wonderful, with a crust. Unlike bread from a bread machine with a denser crumb. Of course, it is more convenient in a bread maker: abandon everything and get the finished product. But my bread maker is old, the bread is hard to pull out, and now there is nowhere to put it.

I also made an omelet, I really liked it.
Today I cooked meat and potatoes, my husband's favorite dish. I put the meat and onions on frying for 20 minutes, during this time I cut potatoes, carrots, bell peppers and tomatoes, added dry dill, salt and pepper and on the "Porridge" mode. I really like chicken saltison cooked in a slow cooker. I cook it from 2 chicken breasts. Breasts are taken from the skin. Cut into large pieces, put 1-2 bay leaves, 5-6 black peppercorns, salt and put on the "Porridge" mode. Do not add water! As soon as it is ready, strain the broth, remove the skin from the breasts, remove the bones, finely chop the meat. Again, put everything in the multicooker pan, pour the broth, add any herbs to taste (I love Provence), or you can just dried dill. Add 3-4 more cloves of finely chopped garlic. And most importantly: sprinkle with instant gelatin (20 g). Turn on the "Porridge" mode.
When it's ready, put the saltison in a mold (I have a rectangular cake mold), cool on the table, and then refrigerate for two hours. Then I take the foil and turn the mold over. I store Saltison in foil, but not for long ... Because it's delicious!
