Brownies with cherries

Ingredients

Wheat flour 1.5 tbsp.
(210 g)
Sugar 2 tbsp.
(400 g)
Cocoa powder 1/2 tbsp.
(43 g)
Salt pinch
Butter, melt 1 tbsp.
(227 g)
Beat large eggs lightly 4 things.
(200 g)
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
(5 g)
Dried cherries
or chopped nuts
1.5 tbsp.
(165 g)
Glaze:
Cocoa powder 1/3 Art.
9 g
Powdered sugar 454 g
Soft butter 1/4 Art.
57 g
Milk
(there was a lot)
1/2 tbsp.
100 g

Cooking method

  • Lubricate the multicooker mold with non-stick grease.
  • Stir the melted butter with sugar, cocoa, beaten eggs, vanilla and salt.
  • Sift flour into the mixture and add cherries or nuts.
  • Stir well and pour into a mold.
  • Baking mode. I baked 40 + 40 + 20 minutes, the last 20 minutes were clearly superfluous, this can be seen from the very dried bottom of the cake.
  • The brownies should be wet inside, but since we have a multicooker, it is also wet on top :). To understand whether the cake is ready or not, you need to stick a toothpick, it should come out with some wet crumbs. I advise you to be guided by how the cake begins to move away from the walls of the multicooker.
  • Glaze preparation
  • Combine cocoa and milk, bring to a boil, cool to room temperature.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and mix with a mixer until smooth.
  • or
  • Beat everything in a mixer until smooth, at medium speed.
  • Quite a peculiar glaze. I like it, it seems not very sweet. You can read in detail about American biscuit glazes from Lyudmila.
  • According to Lyudmila's recipe, 5 minutes before cooking, sprinkle the top with pieces of marshmallows (marshmallows) 295g.
  • She did it, but too sweetly, although very effective. Marshmallow stretches. However, it will be just right for children :).
  • Reach with a steam basket (carefully, the top may be quite damp).
  • Turn it upside down on a plate, this time I did not, but in vain.
  • Pour icing to taste.

Note

Usually I make this pie in the oven, I decided to experiment with a slow cooker :).

It is better not to replace, but to make and use a very convenient thing.
Mix in equal amounts as follows:

Liquid at room temperature (odorless vegetable oil for example)
Hard at room temperature (I make with creamy, some use lard or confectionery fat
Flour
And store in a jar, I smear everything with this composition, a multicooker, baking trays for any baking or baking.
