Ingredients

Wheat flour 150 g
Sugar 100 g
Butter 70 g
Egg 2 pcs.
Cream 30% 100 ml
Vanilla
Plum 300 g

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar, continuing to beat, pour in melted butter and cream
  • Pour in flour mixed with baking powder, add vanilla and mix the dough well
  • Put the dough in a greased form and flatten
  • Cut the plums into quarters and distribute in a circle, pressing slightly into the dough.

This is the third time I've made this cake.
In the first - the original recipe completely, changed nothing, with plums. Tasty, but we, sweet tooth, didn't have enough sugar ...
In the second, I added sugar and replaced the cream with sour cream (there was no cream at home ...), and instead of plums - apples. Liked!!! Even the husband, who does not respect apple pies because of his dislike for the charlotte, said: "This pie must be repeated!"
Well, so I repeated last night, count almost at night:

Inside - assorted fruits (it was necessary to dispose of the fruit cut left after the feast). True, a little "wet" inside, but quite a bit, a little, and so - very, very tasty. Next time I will "make friends" fruits with starch.
