Note

Yesterday I was cooking cauliflower and I still have the broth.
I usually use it in vegetable soup.
And today I decided to bake bread with him, try what happens.
I decided to bake a little bread (just in case)
The bread turned out to be very good, dry tender crumb, it smells like cabbage, and tastes a little like cabbage.
We liked it!

Why is baking scary in basic mode? In terms of composition, it seems to be suitable, the broth will not make the dough especially heavy. Sour cream will not spoil anything either. Good recipe and bread.
And how will this turn out after settling for an hour and a half, turning on the jam mode, the baker will crush the dough for 15 minutes, stirring and boiling at the same time, and what will remain after this procedure will bake into a brick?
Alena, does your oven interfere with jam mode? For some, it even interferes with the entire regime until the end.

So you can attach the broth after the stuffed peppers, however ...

So I pulled out the scapula after the Dough program!
Of course, the stove interferes with the Jam program! The pin was spinning, and let nothing bad happen from this!

I baked so much because I was not sure, I am a beginner, I have stoves recently!
Now I know what will work on the main program.

You see, my Ski has no baked goods, no cake, only jam.
That's why I came up with it.

Wow .... I thought almost everyone has a baking mode, now it's clear. Yes-ah .... A Russian person will find a way out of any situation ..

Alena78, for me the discovery that bread is baked on the Jam program. (y) Boom to know.
And at the expense of cabbage broth, it's a good idea, I'll try it somehow. I love cabbage.

I have the same Ski. I wouldn't even think of using this program for baking. Tell me, how long did you bake?

Alena 78, that's the bread! handsome! Thanks for the decoction idea

Glad you liked it!

I baked for 50 minutes.
I guessed a long time ago that the "baking" and "jam" of the Ski are almost the same thing, only the blade is spinning in the jam.
It is enough to remove it - and let the pin turn, it's not scary.

I often bake this way in Ski, because often there is not enough time for proofing, short programs. And I don't like to put a lot of yeast.
Only now it is difficult to pull the spatula out of rye bread, because it is sticky.

Now I bake large rolls in Panasonic, and small ones, for 300-400 g of flour, in Ski.
And I often bake sweet breads in Ski too, Panasonic fries very much.
Two stoves are very convenient.

Thank you very much for your answer, I will definitely try. And the fact that sometimes there is not enough proofing is for sure.
