Fruit flip pie (Panasonic SR-TMH 18)

Ingredients

Wheat flour 1.5 cups-230 g
Baking powder for the dough 2 tsp
Salt 0.5 tsp
Poppy 1 st. l.
Sugar 1 glass
Eggs 2
Milk 0.25 tbsp = 60 ml
Butter 60 g
Vegetable corn oil 60 g
Vanilla sugar 1 pack.
Plum 600-700 g
Brown sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Butter 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • 1. Combine flour, baking powder, salt. Sieve through a sieve. Add poppy.
  • 2. Beat soft butter with 3/4 cup sugar with a mixer, add r. m and mix. Drive in 2 yolks one by one. Gradually add milk and flour mixture.
  • 3. Whisk the whites with the remaining sugar until peaks and gently spoon into the dough with a spoon.
  • Prepare plums in advance. Put 1 tbsp in the pan. l. butter, 2 tbsp. l. brown sugar, melt, put plums cut down, keep on fire until the liquid evaporates.
  • Grease the multicooker pan with oil, sprinkle with semolina, spread the plums, put the dough on top.
  • Bake for 60 minutes. Open the lid immediately, hold for 15 minutes and turn the cake over onto a mesh covered with a napkin.
  • Cut when cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar or almond petals on top.

1 hour 20 minutes

Note

This pie can be made with both apples and peaches. You can not make a shape-shifter, but put cherries, raisins, currants directly into the dough.
Unlike cupcakes, it is not so heavy, I would say more fluffy
The dough recipe is great for a multicooker, although it can be baked in the oven as well.
