I am looking for similar reading material for Delonghi, but so far to no avail.
Successful diagnosis!

Hello! Help is needed! the percent in the stove is dead - nothing but 7 and 10 programs turns on! who can - tell me:
1 time intervals of kneading (skoko sec / turns left / right) at what temperature / how long the bread is baked. pecha - Mulinex 3000. there is an idea - to raise the STE miracle on simple (or not so) logic! thank you in advance! Dmitriy
sazalexter
dimOn-wla She is where you swung! Isn't it easier to order the controller in Moulinex or the whole board?
dimOn-wla
no, not easier! in the first-throne fee of 750 rubles + shipment, and on elementary logic I hope to keep within 200, possibly by reducing the information content of the LCD. there is a small bundle - I changed the relyukha that regulates the temperature in the refrigerator. used the accumulated junk (radio parts) it turned out FREE OF CHARGE (not counting the time spent, but I think my TOAD was very pleased: from g *** candy!)

Thank you! but so far there are no figures - no results! and still hope for help!
With such a modernization of the HP, it seems to me that any known algorithm will do, here on the forum the modes of many stoves were painted in detail, look! The main thing is that the power of the heating element is the same or close at par. Good luck!
dimOn-wla
Thanks to all! it wasn't the bobbin! in the entoy oven there are 3 temperature sensors, there was no sensor contact, which is a diode (or zener diode) that is so small in a glass case. error E00 - low temperature, taken from an article in the journal Repair & Service 9/2009. Good luck to all!

Good day! Tell me how to disassemble this bread maker? I unscrewed the screws from above and nothing comes out ..
And this is what happened to her - they cooked jam, and after that the mixer jammed in the bread container and filled the whole mechanism that rotates this mixer. I wanted to disassemble and clean this sticky black byaka, and nothing happened ...
I coped with the stirrer, but the engine is barely spinning. Tell me please! Thanks in advance. Michael.

right now, in the next room, my husband knocks out with a hammer. he is a professional person (in terms of working with technology), but after 2 weeks of searching, he could not find any other way. It's been an hour, stubborn.
I got both stirrers, tightly. I went to search the Internet for spare buckets ...
ADF: now we are reading this. little sense, apparently, our stove is more modern, everything turned out a little differently there.

Well, I took a bottle of formic alcohol (stocks from the dashing 90s), poured all this rubbish where it was, poured and poured it out! :) I took it to the sun, everything was dry, turned it on - it works !!!!
And how to understand nowhere did not find ...

Also looking for a solution to this problem.
Who knows - tell me, plz.

HP - OW 5004

I'll add it myself.
The plastic is very flimsy. Who will open: with a wide screwdriver, turning the upper part towards you along its axis (under no circumstances use the screwdriver as a lever - bend or break the end edges of the case!).

I was unpleasantly surprised by the lack of thermal insulation of the "tank" and plastic gears. Well, and other minor flaws. In general, the build quality is 3-ku with a minus. Although, at the time of purchase, it was the most expensive model.

Hello! Who can tell. how to get to the insides of Moulinex OW 3000? Began to make strange sounds when mixing. Apparently it's time to clean it up (I've been baking for the third year already)

Check the bucket! Firms do not provide for CP prevention!
suslov
Do not knock out with a hammer ...

You need to take a wide container - a basin or something similar.
Pour boiling water into it and put on fire. Then, pour 40-50 g into this container.
detergents for dishwashers and put there, a container from HP. Pour a little into the container itself - 200 - 250 ml. hot water, you can add Fairy to it, but not PMM products (harmful to Teflon). Next, boil the container in this solution until a positive result is obtained, changing the solution 2-3 times.
It took me 1.5 hours. They don't need to be afraid, the rubber bands are heat-resistant there.

But you should not try to beat off carbon deposits in an ultrasound or electrolysis bath!
With these methods, Teflon is likely to be lost along with the dirt.
Teillet
Thanks to all! The carbon deposits were removed by repeated soaking of the bucket (not boiled). Now, after baking, be sure to pour hot water into the bucket. Before that I did it every other time. But, I feel that I have to buy a new one soon. Mulechka works every day (family, girlfriends, etc.)

Good evening everyone, welcome to your ranks. I am writing about what is painful and what happened. It was so a friend of mine treated me to freshly baked bread and I decided with my wife that we were buying a bread machine. I joked on an Internet, I got to your forum, read about bread makers and decided to buy Moulinex OW500230, it was last year after the new year. Everything was fine until the day before yesterday, the bread turned out delicious, but at one point the agitator engine stopped working, well, I think the oven is under warranty, it's okay, my wife and children are looking for a warranty card and his trace is gone for everything there is a guarantee including what we bought for 10 years back and here a year ago we bought and the cow licked the guarantee with his tongue. In the meantime, we searched for the day, slowly eating up the bread, I don't want to go to the store for something, I decide to disassemble the oven. Here I find a link to a disassembly of a similar one, I disassembled everything, I checked everything, the motor was covered, or rather the anchor of the motor, I’ll call online shops to look for I found in Odessa for 450 grams and found in Ternopil a company Euroservice 700gr, I say this with a replacement, probably and there says a cute female voice, this is the cost of the motor. Here I fell into the sediment, I sit and think well, really nothing can be thought of, because there should always be a way out. I carefully look at the motor and it is at a constant voltage of 230V with a power of 60 watts and on top of it there is a rectifier bridge with an alternating voltage, it makes a constant one, I go to a flea market and find an electric motor from a fan of an industrial refrigeration unit, the price is 180g in appearance, but at 230v it really changes and with a capacity of 60 watts, I buy. At home, I try to substitute instead of the native motor, it becomes BUT, I need to drill two new holes for the new motor and grind the adapter for the stem, because the diameter of the native shaft is 8 mm and the new 7 mm will run to the turner tomorrow, and today I connected the motor bypassing the rectifier unit and turned on the oven and the motor works. So far, everything is fine, but I don't know what the speed of the mixer should be, I get 2.5 revolutions per second here, please, dear fellow tribesmen, could you check with the aid of a signal meter what speed of the mixer you have. there are all the photos of disassembly and alterations, but so far, apart from the adapter to the shaft, if anyone is interested, I'll post it, just if there is a big difference in the speed of the mixer, then you will have to buy your own motor
vladimir71
People please answer me, I need to know how many revolutions per minute your Moulinex bread maker does
Teillet
vladimir71? Hello! I understand you very much! Such a chagrin. that the assistant has gone bad!
I have a Mule OW3000. If it suits you, then I will estimate the turnover in an hour (now it is finishing the bread, and then it takes about 30 minutes to cool)
And I bought a new bucket. The old began to leak very quickly. It cost me 330 hryvnia
By the way, the daughters bought an Orion x \ oven for 479g. The bakes are excellent. The husband laughs that there was no need to change the bucket, but to buy a new x \ oven and that's it! But I cannot betray my Mula! Serves faithfully for 3 years. Bakes every day. "Brains" work clearly (pah-pah).
But the Chinese do the buckets disgustingly (this is the third), the first flowed still under warranty.

People please respond, I need to know how many revolutions per minute does your Mulinex bread maker
It means this: when it starts to interfere, it interferes for a couple of minutes at lower rpm and it turned out at least 5 rpm in 10 seconds; then it starts to interfere intensively and here it came out like 27 revolutions for 10 seconds. Timed with a timer three times, but with intense stirring, the mixer runs so fast that an error in calculating + -1 revolution is not excluded. If you know of any clever way of calculating revolutions than me, the "blonde", I am ready to master it and provide you with the results of these (or quietly, damn already confused)) tests.
Py. Sy. And if you laugh at me, I won't help you anymore.
vladimir71
Thank you all very much for your answers. I went to the turner, he made the missing part for me, I assembled the bread maker while the oven was working in jerks, everything was fine, but as the bun began to reach condition, the motor began to slowly stop, I had to stir it with my hands, which means that my own motor is still stronger, so I don't know what to do to look for a more powerful motor for a break or somewhere to look for a native and where ???

Seem to be Teillet found a solution to the problem:

Vova, draw conclusions. My already got me so bad that I just dream that your problems are for me, so I would quickly find a replacement for this obstinate Frenchwoman
vladimir71
Alla, I just like the mule and when I took it apart I saw that everything was more and more normally done except for the motor. Any stove can do polamatsa.
Teillet
How did you open it? My husband tried somehow, but there are some non-standard bolts ...
vladimir71
Good afternoon, Teie, but there are cunning screws there, I took a flat screwdriver and sawed through it in the middle with a natfil about a millimeter deep.
Maikla
Well, now I have problems with my bread maker.
I cooked condensed milk in a mule, in jam mode. Then a couple of days later I set up the bread to bake and immediately noticed that the sound of the HP engine running was kind of strange. The bread was baked as usual, I washed the bucket and when I began to put it back I noticed that the place where the engine blades are, which rotate the mixer in the bucket, is filled with that very unfortunate condensed milk: girl_cray: The engine blades are spinning, but tight. It was not possible to crawl up and wipe it with a cloth. Now I don't even know what to do. Can I disassemble and rinse / clean? Or will they only help you in the workshop now?

Most likely, you need to contact the workshop. When my bucket began to leak, they answered in the workshop that the gasket had burned out. This is after a year of intensive baking. The bucket had to be changed (fortunately, it was under warranty). And the second had to be bought ..., it cost 330 hryvnia !!!
I don't want to offend you, but you can also make jam in a bowl. I am sorry to use a bread maker for jam. It's not for nothing that it's called BREAD Maker ...
Sorry
Maikla
Oh, I scold myself, okay, it would have turned out condensed milk, but only the problem turned out and that's it. The bread then baked nothing leaked after the ill-fated condensed milk, so I think that the matter is in 3 cycles of "jam" and not in a defective bucket. The husband is now disassembling it, cleaning it up, we'll see, maybe it's just clogged there with a sweet sticky mass. I don't want to buy a new HP, my mule suits me.
Teillet
Why buy a new stove? If you don't get the bucket repaired, just buy a new one. And the quality of the buckets at Mulek, to put it mildly, is not very good ... And for the coating of the mixer - generally keep quiet ...
andreyxx82
good time of day. if you have a burned out engine on your HP, do not rush to throw it out if it does not have the horakter smell of burnt winding and varnish. most likely the aupo thermal fuse has blown. therefore, the engine does not ring. The aupo thermal fuse is located in the engine, disassemble from the side of the inlet of the wires in an insulating tube, tied to the winding at the inlet of the black wire. if it is carefully removed without damaging the windings, it can be replaced with a similar one or assembled without it at your own peril and risk.
Klimola
OH!!! andreyxx82Who were you talking to now?

Everything is fine and understandable! The techies got it, don't worry!
Df_LSD
And I have a problem, apparently not previously described by anyone. The motor of the bread machine does not stop (moulinex 5004). Moreover, it is cunning and unpredictable. I turn on the 5th program - intensive mixing starts, turn off the program and the blades stop normally. I include 1 program. Progressive kneading begins. For a couple of minutes, everything is fine, and then the progressive batch turns into a continuous one, but between the forward cycles the blades rotate very slowly. If you turn off the program at this moment, the blades continue to rotate very slowly. They rotate until you turn them off. The stove, before it began to freak out, worked for more than 2 years with faith and truth. Disassembled, looked at the board under the control panel. Everything is all right, nothing is flooded. I also looked at the board inside the bread machine. Outwardly, everything is in order, but I don't know how to check the electronics. We could not get a service manual. The motor was disassembled and cleaned. Did not help. Launched testing mode. All tests are normal. Sometimes the blades start to spin slowly right after plugging into the outlet. There are no error messages.
Any advice on the fix would be appreciated. I like the stove, and it's not cheap.
And there is one more thing. Dead bucket oil seals. If anyone has the opportunity and desire to buy and send it by mail to my address for an agreed fee, I ask in a personal.

(The post was duplicated on another forum.)

Hello!. Oven Moulinex ow 300001 has worked wonderfully for 4 years .... recently it has turned off 20-25 minutes before the end of the program. someone faced a similar problem? please tell me how to defeat her. Thank you.

Moulinex B01-A bread machine (exactly the same analogs from Moulinex OW6121, OW5002, OW5004, OW5020) - how to disassemble and fix the problem of a constantly rotating engine.

Symptoms of the problem - when connected to the network, the drive motor of the corollas is constantly running and they rotate, the engine does not respond to pressing the buttons, but the electronics works in normal mode.

The solution is to replace the BTA08-600C triac.
