cocoa 1/2 cup

Cooking method

  • I want to share a long-loved recipe for delicate muffins with a funky coffee aroma.
  • Using this recipe, I baked cupcakes for a wedding. Delicious, not dry, aromatic. And if, after baking, you fill it with something like Nutella, then in general it turns out nyamka!
  • We need two containers. Mix dry ingredients in one:
  • flour, sugar, cocoa, coffee for brewing, soda, salt.
  • In another bowl, mix the liquid components:
  • eggs, margarine (slightly melted), sour cream.

  • Beat eggs lightly, add margarine and sour cream. Next, we gradually introduce the dry mixture. We lay out on tins by 2/3 and bake (I have a gas oven, 180 degrees).

  • I baked in a metal muffin pan, inserting parchment tins. Depending on the size, you should get at least 12 pieces (I have 16).

I use dry ground coffee. Theoretically, I think that the soluble will go (only lay down dry too). The coffee in this recipe is used more for aroma and taste (even grains are felt from the ground) than for raising the dough or something else.

Also, I baked 2 tiny muffins in the micra for a sample, so that my girlfriend and I could learn the taste. There is definitely a mold needs to be filled 1/2, since the dome is going crazy up, there is a chance that the dough will escape.

I also wanted to add that in NO CASE it is impossible to add vegetable oil to this recipe - this is not "chocolate on boiling water", here is a replacement or, as in my case, there was simply not enough 50 grams of margarine and I added 50 grams of vegetable oil. In general, this butter in muffins was very strong.

Well, I couldn't resist! I went to cook. While I was mixing, whipping the products, I realized that we didn't need vinegar. Indeed, the recipe contains sour cream, which creates an acidic environment and partially extinguishes the soda. Like this! She asked herself, she answered.
P.S. I made one large muffin and four muffins, in the middle of which I put a piece of chocolate. It turned out very tasty! Cupcakes are so tender, airy, fragrant!
