Ingredients

Biscuit 400g / 3 cakes
Sunflower halva 0.5KG
Sour cream 30% 0.5KG
Vanilla sugar 1 pack

Cooking method

  • The halva cream outwardly resembles clay, therefore, in order to disguise, I covered the whole thing with fruit.

If in the future you intend to fill the cake with icing, then do not smear the last cake. And if the fruit or chocolate is on top, then the last cake should be smeared with cream. This time, too, I wanted to fill it with icing, but something turned out to be a bit too much cream, I had to smear the last cake and lay out the fruit. Usually I have been making this cake since yesterday, night in the refrigerator for impregnation.
