about delayed start :
Well, we fall asleep at 9 pm, all according to the manual ... yeast-flour-salt-sugar-dry. milk - liquids ... turn on the delayed start so that the bread is ready by 7 in the morning ...
questions:
1. such a long interaction of yeast and the rest will not lead to a deterioration in the quality of the bread?
After all, the liquid will quickly penetrate to the yeast, then all this "mixed" will "be deposited" for the Nth time (here the process of mixing, kneading, raising or baking will be artificially delayed ???) and what will such a state of mixed ingredients lead to?
Will everything be okay?
2. Is it possible to start eating bread right away, or will baking finish by 7 and will have to wait 30 minutes-1 hour?
If you have to wait, then how long can you expect so that you can eat right away, letting the bread cool inside the oven? Is this generally possible and will everything be fine with the quality of the bread (when it cools down in the bread maker)?
Ie. I don't want to wait 1 hour (because there is no time), but specially to get up in the morning 1 hour earlier just to take out the bread at 6 in the morning and eat it at 7 in the morning - somehow I don't want to!

How does timer kneading work correctly? Does the dough knead immediately or is it standing and waiting for its time?
Taneka
The stove begins to knead after the countdown of the delay time ...
I tried to turn it on with a delay ... it stood like this and waited. I was simply afraid that the flour would get wet during the waiting time and the yeast along with it. And turned off this mode ...

yes, I have the same story, but I didn’t turn it off, I was wondering what would happen next, in the end it turned out to be a bread-lump, nonsense, in short, but also those grubs in normal mode - it turned out great, I thought I had something with the regime timer ... if they all work like that, then it's just garbage and not a timer ...

I took a chance today, or rather yesterday. after answering in this thread ...
And she took a chance with rye)))) I'm tired of getting up at night, putting bread in the morning))
It turned out GREAT !!!!!
Bread and kneaded normally and baked well .. One problem, the roof came out flat .. but, my fault. probably. somewhere in the recipe not so much put.
My husband ran at night to see how the bread was there)))))))) so at night I did not sleep again, but listened to the broadcast about the maturation of the dough))
So you can try !!!
Here's what I did very carefully, so it poured flour on the liquid ... First, I poured oil on the liquid so that a film would appear, and then gently poured the flour so that it would not sag and not get wet ... and the yeast rltlm into the flour deepening to the saaaamy top :)
Good luck!!!!

It turned out to be a cool stove .. We rushed between Skis like Mom's and Mulka's. like dad's ... As a result, I poked at this Filia .. and my husband, like a madman, jumped on the New Year's Eve to buy me a "toy")))
I was very pleased !! Considering that I don't have an oven right now, but I just love to cook ..)))

I will express my personal opinion:

on p. 1 - everything will be fine, do not worry. Why else do we need a stove?

according to item 2 - alas, it is better to wrap it up, put it on a wire rack or a cup (so that moisture comes out from below) - and wait, and longer (up to 6 hours). When the bread cools down, it continues the baking process, and there is no need to rush it, and the excess moisture leaves. But if you really want to, you can peel off the crust (I do this sometimes).

But this is easy to deal with - leave the bread from yesterday for the morning - and finish it.

It is bad to leave ready-made bread inside the oven for more than 1 hour - excess moisture will climb through the top and the bread will freeze. But try it - maybe according to your technology, you can hold it longer.

In the old days, from fresh hot bread there were cases of intestinal volvulus!

we also rushed between the three models of LV which oil and yoghurt does, Panasonic - which has a dispenser and temperature equalization and our Philips, defeated Philips, I also like it, but it's a pity that there is no dispenser, temperature equalization and yogurt does not know how, but I would also like a set buckets of different shapes ... in general, there is no limit to perfection and our Wishlist
... by the way, we bought our stove for the New Year too as a family gift, everyone is happy

And another question. How to program the stove. In the example, the instructions say that if it is now 20.00 and you want to be ready at 7.00, set 11 o'clock. This will start at 4 o'clock if the program cycle is 3 hours. Or something else. Explain to the teapot, if not difficult!
nut
That's right, she will start kneading at 4-00, and at 7-00 the bread will be ready if the program lasts 3 hours: wow: And you can sleep sweetly, wake up only from the smell of baked bread

Set the timer on the time interval from the moment you do it until the bread is ready. From 20.00 to 7 in the morning just 11 o'clock, and they need to be installed. If, for example, you this very second, at 21-30, put the bread at 7 am, you need to set 9 hours and 30 minutes.

Thank you!

Let's check. If at 23.50 I want to be ready at 10 in the morning, then I put on 10.10
