Garlic rolls

Ingredients

Water 190ml
Fresh yeast 10g.
Wheat flour 220g.
Whole grain flour 100g.
Vegetable oil 2st. l.
Sugar 1h l.
Salt 1 \ 2h. l.
For impregnation:
Garlic 3tooth.
Vegetable oil 2st. l.
Water 80g.
Salt 1h l.

Cooking method

  • Dissolve yeast in warm water. Knead the dough. Add oil last. Place in a warm place to double the dough. Squeeze, let come up again.


  • Crumple. Divide the dough into 10 parts, form buns. Let it come up.


  • Prepare the impregnation: chop garlic, grind with salt, mix with water and oil.


  • Smear the rolls before baking. I poured liquid into a spray bottle and sprayed the rolls.


  • Bake in a preheated oven at 220C 15-20 myrtle. Spray the rolls with impregnation several times during the baking process. Cool the finished rolls on a wire rack. Do not cover with a towel! Store the remaining rolls under a linen towel (not in cellophane - they will damp).


  • There is another option for impregnation: cool the finished rolls, prick a fork on top, soak with the garlic mixture and put in a hot oven for 3 minutes.

To your health! Today I baked it again. I didn't bother with the rolls, I made two small bars. I made cuts with scissors before the last proofing. And before baking, without hesitation, I smeared crushed garlic + salt + rast with a mixture. oil (without water). After baking, I also slightly greased it with butter. The crust ended up being soft. My husband liked it so much!

2) added 1 tbsp. l milk powder
3) made not 10, but 15 buns
4) after proofing, smeared with yolk and milk
5) did not add water to the impregnation, but smeared it with garlic oil after baking
