Avocado loaf

Ingredients

Flour, look at the bun up to 800 g
Liquid - mineral water 420 ml
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
The oil grows.
(you don't need to lie down,
avocado is already very oily,
but I automatically put
and it seems to me that this did not affect the result)
1 tbsp. l.
Yeast "live" 10 g
Powdered milk
(can be replaced with a ratio of 300 ml of water
+ 120 ml milk)
1.5 tbsp. l.
Very ripe avocado
(in my case, together with the bone, weighed 350 g)
1 PC.
Basil dry 1 tsp
Small onion, finely chopped 1 PC.
Garlic, crushed
in my case, somewhere a gram left
2 cloves

Cooking method

  • Kneading and proofing in a x / oven.
  • The total output of the finished dough is 1500 g.
  • Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll each into a rectangle, form loaves. Lightly sprinkle a baking sheet or loaf dish with flour. Transfer with the seam down and leave to rise for 30 minutes. under the package. When the loaves have increased in volume, make cuts with a sharp knife. Put a baking sheet with loaves in a heated oven, after spraying water. For the first 5 minutes of baking, spray the walls of the oven and the loaves themselves from the spray bottle 2 times. Bake until golden brown (in my oven for 40 minutes).

Note

I would like to offer avocado lovers one of the options for its use, when it already has a slightly "stale" look, but still quite edible.
It so happened that I kept the avocado in the refrigerator for my one solemn occasion, and when it came yesterday, it turned out that it was already impossible to use my favorite fruit for its intended purpose - spots of a brown-gray hue appeared inside in some places.
