Rye-wheat bread with green onions in the oven

Ingredients

Dough:
Rye flour 100 g
Milk (I have a potato broth) 100 g
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Fresh yeast 7 g (dry yeast 1 tbsp. L.)
Dough:
Rye flour 200 g
Wheat flour 100 g
Water 150 ml
Green onion 1 bundle
Salt 1 tsp
Rust oil 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Prepare the dough. Leave at room temperature overnight.
  • In the morning. Mix the dough with water. Add flour, salt, oil. Knead the dough. Leave to grow 2x.
  • Chop green onions (I chopped in a food processor). Stir into dough.
  • Give the finished dough the shape of a ball, put on a baking sheet and leave until doubled.
  • Sprinkle with water before baking, sprinkle with ground coriander.
  • Bake at 200C for 30-35 minutes (depending on your oven).
  • Remove from the oven, brush with olive oil, cover with a towel until it cools.

Elena, baked for a long time. The dough was very soft and spread out. It will look better in shape. And I found a mistake. Dry yeast 1h l.
