Simple cupcake with cherries
Ingredients
Butter 180g.
Sugar 200g.
Eggs 4pcs.
Wheat flour 300g.
Baking powder 1h. l.
Pitted fresh cherry 200g.-400g.
Cooking method

Beat eggs with sugar until it is completely dissolved within 10 minutes (I beat in a food processor)
Add softened butter. Beat.
Add 150g. flour. Beat.
Pour in the remaining flour, baking powder. Knead the dough.
Line the form with baking paper (I greased with vegetable oil and sprinkled with semolina). When choosing a mold, keep in mind that the dough increases in volume by 2 - 2.5 times !!
Lay out the dough. Flatten. Put the cherries on top, slightly pressing.
Bake for 30-35 minutes at 180-200C.
