Please tell me how to deal with such a misfortune - when you turn it on, the stove displays the number of the last program (13), the time is 13:25 and does NOT react at all to button presses. Neither for a long press of the power button, nor for turning on / off the power, in general, no matter what And I have rolls for the curl in it, and no forces can turn on the baking

Hurray, the problem was resolved - you just had to wait. I already, without any hope, let her stand for half an hour and then plugged it back in - and she came to life!

I am interested in the question, do you remove the stirring knives before baking? Somehow, take off not very much, it turns out 2 holes. And if you bake small bread, they generally obviously spoil the appearance.

I remove the blades after the last kneading, otherwise the holes are really big, and it is a dreary thing to remove the blade from the finished bread. I can give a hint, since I mainly bake on 1 program with an average crust, weight 1 kg, then the blades can be taken out when there is 1 hour 49 minutes left on the timer. The last batch was a minute earlier. And if necessary, you can still help the kolobok with your hand to take a beautiful shape, this is when there is not enough dough. The rest of the programs have one batch after lifting (for 1 program. Two batches), so. that as soon as you hear that the kneading is good, you can get the blades. Good luck

I bought a bread maker yesterday (online department of the Eldorado store, Kiev), I did not immediately notice - when plugged into the outlet, the transformer buzzes constantly quite loudly, most likely.
As far as I can imagine, the buzzing of a transformer is an unpleasant but harmless phenomenon. I think it's hardly worth fussing and trying to urgently change it in the known 14 days.
But, just in case, I'm publishing this message - maybe someone came across this in these stoves, and the symptom is more serious than I think, and urgently needs to be changed ...

I have the same stove since November. It also buzzes, does not affect performance yet.

The breadmaker serves me for 1.5 months, when it is turned on and working, nothing buzzes. A slight hum is heard, really similar to a transformer one, but this hum is so weak that it can only be heard in the middle of the night (I often put HP on the timer), when the whole house is asleep and there are no extraneous sounds.

1. Bread on simple bread mode. - Simply amazing.
2. Rustic bread. - Even more interesting, it turned out very tasty.
3. Baguettes. - I set up experiments from 7 to 9 March, I wake up early, at 6 in the morning, so by 9-15 baguettes with poppy seeds and sesame seeds and caraway seeds were ready for my wife and child, once grated cheese fell asleep after the first signal, that's it it turned out very tasty.
4. Quick bread. - It turns out, but not to compare with the traditional, that tastes better.
5. And lastly we tried orange jam. I bought 3 oranges on the market, (1 Kg), peeled them, chopped them into pieces, (got 680 grams), 350 grams of sugar, and poured out a bag of Zhelfix 2: 1, bought at the Crossroads. The jam turned out, it's just delicious, you will lick your fingers, especially if you spread it on fresh bread with butter, bread from a bread machine and ........

I realized that the Bread Maker is just a necessary thing in the house. I will continue to experiment, as I really liked it.

And, also lemon pie! Everything turned out OK, except for rye. In principle, it turned out, but somehow tasteless, and seemingly beautiful.Pets like everything that has been made. Even the dogs are hooked on bread! But today the bread has risen very well and when I took it out and put it on the grate the "roof" fell slightly, but just a little. The gingerbread man was excellent in the manufacturing process - uniform elastic and rose well. but for some reason he got hooked. Tell me why this could happen !!!!!

Hello everyone! Who bakes program 14 - "baking"? I tried two times just to bake on this program and both times the top of the baking was like in the sun (regardless of what the color of the crust is indicated) Is this how it should be? And on the "quick bread" program, too, without a crust. But on the 14th it is clearly visible, because the bottom and sides are a normal crust.

Kseny, in the "baking" mode I only baked charlotte once, there were no complaints, the crust is good golden brown. And I baked quick bread 4 times, on a medium crust (there it is automatically), the top of the bread also browned perfectly. In general, all breads, even on a light crust, brown well. It seems to me that there should be no problems with the top of the bread in these models, the top ten helps us.

Yes, in Viennese baguettes the proportions are increased by 1.5 times. You have an accurate peephole and more, we mixed water with milk. This makes the baguettes whiter and, as it seemed to us, softer.
This cake, on the other hand, is the dairy bread from the recipe book from Moulinex 5004, p. 70.
only we added less sugar (according to the recipe, 3 tbsp. l., and we added quite a bit).
And they did not add any raisins or candied fruits, as suggested in the recipe
They baked on program 1 - quick bread.

Your milk crumb has a beautiful color! I bake this bread very often, both with regular milk and baked, it is one of my favorites, but the middle is usually white.

Hey everyone. I give a recipe for VERY tasty white bread. The crust is soft (those with crust problems) and browns as you wish. This recipe was adapted for a bread machine, such bread is baked in the villages in the oven.

- 1 egg
- 1.5 tbsp. l. refined oil
- 20 g butter
- 1 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 1.5 tsp. salt
- 300 g of kefir
- 550 g flour
- 1.5 tsp. dry yeast
Heat kefir and egg in water until warm. We choose 1 kg. and program 1 for 3 hours 20 minutes. I've been baking for a whole month, soft and tasty.

Everything happens in life ... Mulinex is produced in China - hence the deterioration in quality, more precisely, it is more carelessly checked there.
