Girls! Immediately the question I need milk porridge, in the recipes for the multi-cooker there is a recipe for herculean porridge in milk, and in the book with the attached recipes it says that the multi-cooker is not intended for making milk porridge

Aunt Besya. Tongs are available in silicone. I showed in the topic about silicone:https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=2845.0
Thank you, lega! I know about the existence of such forceps, it's just that I don't have them, I probably have to buy. used to somehow manage with metal, I have two of them: universal and for spaghetti.

Girls! And now I am with you!

Congratulations !!!! Wonderful chicken came out !!! And there will be many new sweets ahead !!!
zvezda
Sowa Unfortunately, I hardly cook porridge, so I cannot advise. but the fact that they can and should be cooked is for sure !!!! When you want to do something faster, there is a TURBO mode !!!!
Admin!! And the silicone tongs are very comfortable. I bought them in Ikei long before Kuku. It's just that nothing slips from them !!!
Sowa
Aunt Basya, Zvezdochka, thank you !!! I'm so glad, so glad, even my husband (who doesn't particularly like zucchini) said that they turned out to be very tasty and we urgently need to make a stew (my husband loves a stew with sausages very much)

I bought it wisely on multicook ru. (I was presented to others) It turned out with the delivery of 6670.
Coating - I find it difficult to say for sure what kind of non-stick, good like, let's see how in operation)))
Impressions are great, but I have my first cartoon, maybe there is even better

I haven't cooked much yet, it's hot, I don't feel like eating, I make stews in different variations

Hello everyone!! I specially registered as soon as I bought the cuckoo 0821. Today I have it only for the second day. I am still lost. But today I was completely disgraced. My husband asked me to quickly warm up the broth. I put on the warm-up mode ... I'm waiting ... Mina t 10. I open it, barely warm .. The husband is already angry and grinning. Then he says: put it on gas. I want to eat. I had to pour it on gas too. In general, it did not work out quickly.
It was necessary to press Turbo (double-click on the button) or the Multi-cook mode. But in general ... somehow I never considered the CF for heating. You have to try and everything should work out. Good luck to you.
Natasha P.
Later I guessed that I should have put it in Turbo mode. And my husband teases everything: the right thing is your cuckoo. Tomorrow I must definitely rehabilitate myself together with the cuckoo. I'll make a biscuit. Only while the husband is at work. Suddenly it won't work.
pulkeria
Eh, nothing works, I start to cry and suffer about the money spent. The pilaf is kind of sticky, like porridge, but fried from below; casseroles are not what they are (made potato and meat) - it's scary to look at them .... Girls, what to do? All cartoons have baking and stewing modes - but we only have a multi-cooker and I cannot adapt to it in any way. I'm afraid if I stumble about changing the unit, my husband will throw me out of the house
Natasha P.
And I sort of got used to it. I gave out such a biscuit that my husband asked for more the next day. Although we do not have a lot of pastries. I just did it with rye flour. Eh! The beauty. Tall, fluffy! I cook porridge only in a cuckoo. Everything works out. Only I don't make broths in it. It splashes very much. I bought a silicone spatula. That would not spoil the saucepan. Now my husband wants a second Cuckoo with a pressure cooker function!

Well, of course you don't need to cry. The casseroles in it turn out wonderful, so even I will show mine, so as not to be unfounded, according to the same principle, you can do much more.https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=76903.0
You can also cook on Turbo. You need to try your luck.

I don't know where to ask, I got "CUCKOO CR-0821FI", about a month ago, after the first days of operation, the entire bottom of the bowl was covered with small specks, as if the bowl was saturated with fat, tell me, is this normal or a marriage?

This is not a marriage for sure. For some reason, everyone has such spots after the first preparation. When cooked, it does not negatively affect anything.
plod7
Thank you calmed down. And another question, I put the millet porridge on the timer this morning, and I was wrong with the time. I had to press "CANCEL" forcibly on the "Porridge" mode. Is it harmful for a multicooker, or can you do it?

No, it's not harmful. We can forcibly turn off the multicooker.
plod7
Any mode? And the lid can be opened in any mode, until the end of the cooking time?

Yes, all this is possible. This is not a pressure cooker, it does not cook under pressure, which means you can open and see the state of the food at any time.
plod7
It's just that the instructions say that you can't open until the process is complete.
zvezda
Well, you never know what they will write there !!! : girl_haha: Open up !!!!! Nothing will happen !!!
Natasha P.
And my spots appeared. But I don't think it's scary. The coverage is whole.
Tanyulya
I cannot explain why, but all users have specks as if they were fat. But I have been using it for a year, while there are no problems in the pot.
svet_lana
Hello girls and boys of course. I have had such a slow cooker for a year now. I like it very much. Pilaf comes out awesome, I stopped cooking it on the stove, Only in a slow cooker. To make pilaf crumbly, I pour less water - 4.5 water for three glasses of rice - helps me. and I try not to cook on the stove at all. in the summer we took a multicooker with us to the sea, it's great. One thing, but the valve fell apart almost completely. I'm waiting for it to finally fall off and then I'll have to look for a replacement for him, that's the same thing
What about the rest of the valve?
Natasha P.
How did it "fall apart"? There are two parts. Can you tell us more about which part fell apart? Thank you
Tanyulya
I'm fine with the valve. Contact a representative in Moscow, should replace. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=120809.0
svet_lana
two parts absolutely right, the plastic one is falling apart slowly, there are holes where the other silicone part is inserted; here the partitions between these holes fall off slowly, there are only two left, as the rest will fall off the lid will fall off. And I had already heard that the valve was a weak point, and I literally did not breathe on it, but it did not help. It can be seen that I cook in it too often.
I tried to order a valve before the new year, they answered me with a broken one. If I send it, I will be left without a multicooker without a valve, it will just be a pan. I asked to send this, but in response there was silence, everything is complicated by the fact that I do not live in Moscow, like that.
zvezda
Do not worry!!! Deal with your problem !!! it is better to indicate where you are from in the profile, then it will be easier to navigate ... just the director of the company is not in Russia now, maybe this is the problem of delay ???
svet_lana
Thanks for the support. I don't know what the reason is, it seems to me that the service department has not yet been debugged, after all, they appeared relatively recently in Russia. But the thought comes to me why the manufacturers and the valve cover do not make silicone, then it would probably be eternal and the plastic it just crumbles from temperature.

Please tell me, how to remove odors from a multicooker? The instructions say that you need to add ginger. I don't have it and I don't know where to buy it. There is a smell after every cooking. I wash the bowl and valve, but I wipe the lid well, the odors still remain.

Boil lemon water.
plod7
How much lemon do you need? And how often can you do it?

You can do this every day, but why? After cooking odorous food, namely fish or some very odorous sauce, it seems to me more appropriate. I take a little lemon, literally "ass" and sooo well removes odors.
plod7
Yesterday I made fish under the marinade, and after that I boiled a little less than half of the lemon along with the peel, but the smell remained, mainly from the lid and valve. Maybe not wipe the lid, but wash it?

You can wipe it with a soapy sponge, and then just with a damp cloth (a good gum is necessary). I happen to be mine (when the lid is already very dirty). I put the bowl itself as if to one side and the lid turns out over the sink (there is no saucepan) and I rinse it under a thin stream of water, I did this with Panasik, everything was fine.

And in what mode do you need to boil water with lemon and how much water to pour?
I boiled on the Multipovar for 10 minutes and poured water into a mug, it is somewhere in the 250 ml.
But I boiled it purely for the sake of experiment, I just need to wash the pan and the lid and I just wipe the lid with an elastic band with a lemon ass. And if I splash the lid heavily, then right under the stream of water it and mine.
In truth, in this cuckoo, I mainly bake muffins, cook vegetables and rice.

And do not tell me the recipes for muffins, otherwise I bake a simple and orange biscuit. and the cupcakes somehow did not come across.

Less than a month later, I became the happy owner of this multi, and today it is a disaster - I poured water into it when there was no pot, I was in a hurry, a child dressed already in the hallway is standing - I quickly grab a pot of boiling peas from the gas stove - I decided cook in the cartoon, because I didn't have time to use the gas, and poured it right there, everything flowed out from the bottom, I'm terrified. I'm drying it now, I warm up the hope that it will work.
Didn't someone like that happen, how did it end?

I have never had such a thing, but let's wait until it dries up, and then we'll see. Give it at least a day to dry completely.

My cartoon has dried out and started working, which I am extremely happy about.
I am starting to master it in a new way, I could not figure it out by instruction, what is the "Select" button for, can anyone help?

To select programs !!!

Where is that button? Do you mean the Menu?
Tanyulya
Quote: Vizcoldy

To select programs, the "menu" button - everything is clear, I mean that under the "min" button there is a "choice" written in the instructions about this something very muddy, apparently due to translation difficulties.
Aaaaa ... out what ??? this description is on pages 15-16 of the instruction, there are chosen steps for time and for changing the temperature (it describes how to soak rice, supposedly at different temperatures and at different times, rice is different in taste, but I definitely did not cook rice). I just tested these steps on water, where the temperature really changes at different steps the water boils in its own way (where it is stronger, where it is so easy). And it seems to me that with the help of these buttons you can set the time longer, and the temperature is lower and cook jellied meat. I really repeat myself, I only checked it with plain water, it stood for 3 hours ... it was boiling (not much and much) and then I turned it off.
Vizcoldy
Thank you, you should definitely try experimenting. It turns out that the "normal" and "brown / sticky" modes differ in the cooking temperature? What can you cook on them besides rice?
Natasha P.
I'll raise the topic. Just like svet_lana, the valve flew. But I got out of the situation. I use foil as a temporary option. Cut out the mugs 5 mm larger. than the valve. And "rolled up" the foil. That is, I tucked it over the valve. so that it closes the hole instead of the broken part. Now I use it. And so it goes fine. Until I turned to the service. As a temporary exit is quite satisfactory.

How easy is it to cook pilaf in this device, tell a lonely intelligent bachelor? Step by step, with a description of which buttons to press - I myself am a humanist! Thank you
Are you pre-roasted carrots, onions and meat?
If yes, then first fry carrots, onions, meat on a multi-cooker, for 10-15 minutes, add spices (that is, cook like zirvak). Then the Cancel button cancels the program. Then add rice, pour boiling water (if it is classic, then garlic) and on Normal mode, 30 minutes and the dish will be ready.

Well, this is so briefly.
Vovo555
Thank you, but how do I select the "Normal" mode, what is shown on the display?

Well, it says: Ordinary, you put the cursor right above this word.

And then press the Cooking button and the process will go on for 30 minutes. pour 1 \ 1-1.25 rice \ water
