The dough from the hole of the bag categorically did not want to crawl out, but made attempts to leave in another way, that is, through the top. As a result of all these dances with tambourine bag, I was in the dough, but on the baking sheet there was something that did not look like future buns at all.
Realizing that things would not go like this, she took out a large confectionery syringe from the bins of her homeland. She pushed the dough into it and with the help of a nozzle with a large "nozzle" I was finally (!) Able to make more or less decent workpieces.
The baking passed without excesses, the cakes were filled with cream. Delicious!
