Supra BMS-355 with dispenser is very interesting! But Supra BMS-240 is very similar to Delogi

Tell me please. today I bought a supra-240 bread maker in an online store. for some reason, her lid is loose. so it should be, or is it a marriage?

I bought SUPRA BMS-150 in a chain store for 1310 rubles. Before buying, I doubted for a long time whether such a "cheap" could even bake anything. I was pleasantly surprised. I even "taught" her to bake rye bread, although there is no such program there. By the way, there is a mistake in the description - there is no display and timer in it. But for one person who is not inclined to glamorous devices and does not want to overpay for the brand, this bread maker is what you need. The volume of baked goods is small, but always a fresh loaf! The warranty is 1 year, even if it dies after, we can assume that it has worked out its cost.

Dear owners of HP Supra.
Support me, eager to buy and doubting the correctness of the choice, post pictures of the resulting bread - reassure me in a light crust.
Thank you in advance.
NN
I would be glad to disabuse, but I cannot. The top crust is light and thin anyway. I covered the form this way and that with foil - it's useless. On the one hand, I don't care, but somehow psychologically I'm also used to the idea that it should be dark. But the prices are the prices. As in a network discounter, Supras appeared here, all models were swept clean.

So what?
Look at the photo under the inscription "drugie sorta", where the "roof" is clearly lighter than the rest of the crust. And this is also from stupid wheat flour, and you can't get it from a rye crust like a dark crust.

Can you show a photo of bread, where the crust of the top is the same as on the sides? We are waiting.

PS. Teng in bread makers only from below.

Unfortunately, I don't have a camera. But all the bread that I bake always has a "roof" lighter than the rest of the crust.

What you described is the case in any bread maker that has only the bottom ten. So you can not find fault with Supra. Another thing is if the upper crust is too pale, then yes .. this is either not serviceability or a feature of the model.
Nadon
People! I bought this bread maker, when it was first turned on, it began to blink all the lights and squeak like cut. The instructions say that you need to disconnect some kind of sensor. What kind of sensor is there?
Sanych
I bought Moulinex 200036. I suffered with a towel, foil and other tricks for 10 days, but managed to bake only 2 more or less edible loaves. He spat and, with a little difficulty, handed it over to the store. At first they said that a technically sound product that was in operation was not subject to exchange and return. But how can it be serviceable if it does not bake bread automatically? And how do you know that the product is G ... .. without using it? Accepted, sent to the service and received an answer about non-repairability! They offered an exchange, but no longer believing in this model, I refused and bought the simplest Supra-150. She has been working with friends for about a year without problems. I found out the recipe from them without any scales and milliliters, and with a measuring cup and a teaspoon folded the ingredients, pressed the button and waited. A miracle happened! After 3 hours, this baby without any problems in automatic mode gave out a beautiful, but very small and tasty loaf of bread with a beautiful crust. So for one person, this is just a godsend. And the price is scanty and there are no heaps of programs incomprehensible at first. The next stove, if I decide, I will take only Supra.

White bread recipe:
Sunflower oil - 2 teaspoons or 1 tablespoon
Water - 180 ml or 9/10 measuring cup
Flour - 300 grams or 2 measuring cups
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 2 rounded teaspoons
Yeast - ¾-1 teaspoon
Sanych
Excuse me. I forgot to indicate vegetable oil in the recipe - 2 teaspoons.
andr
Sanych - gave the exact recipe for the volume of ingredients!
I took this one to my parents and haven't taken it yet - I experimented for a couple of weeks. I got to such proportions empirically.
Indeed - as indicated, the base bread with 1 and 1/8 cups of water, etc., does not work out very well or, with good yeast, it rests against the lid.
(in fact, my main problem was: I missed and the bread rested against the top cover - but this did not really affect the taste).
I mainly experimented with the types of white flour and yeast, as well as the consistency of the kolobok. Bread depends very much on this. Especially from the flour. Added garlic, fried onions. In general, I liked it. The only thing - 1 loaf is not enough for 3 adults. And a timer would be for morning bread. But 1200 p. Total!
And it will go to retired parents. And indeed, they were delighted - they got ordinary bread from the first try, the neighbors came running to watch, try - everyone wanted this!
I printed out a bunch of recipes for them - let them experiment.
I'll probably buy myself a bigger Supru. Or a similar simple one. Nice stove.
andr
Yes, I also forgot the result of the experiment: if you do not put the oil immediately, but after it interferes a little (at the end of 1 batch), then the rise is higher and the pores are larger.

Good health to you all! My daughter gave me a Supra BMS-150 HP for the New Year, and just yesterday I tried to bake something in it. I went to this forum, read with interest all the recipes from experienced hostesses, it's delicious here for you! I read a lot and, under a great impression, poured water, flour, dry yeast on top, salt, sugar, milk powder and butter in the corners, slammed the lid and turned on the "Main". As a result, I dumped on the wire rack a delicious, unlike anything from the store, a miracle - white bread with a thick golden, crispy crust on all sides !!. Together with her granddaughter (she flaunts on her avatar), they diminished this truly wonderful, simple white bread
mumi
Congratulations!
I am very interested in how loose (or airy) bread is. Our family loves dense bread, I'm looking for something to bake this in, but few people care about it, it turns out. Nobody writes...

By the way, I think you'd better share your impressions in a more extensive topic about this model. https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=72438.0

: hi: Today I also bought myself a Supra BMS-150 bread maker. She will now be an assistant to my other bread maker Moulinex 5024, which is with a baguette holder. At Moulinex, a little Teflon coating was rubbed in the bucket and we found such a way out: such a bar is enough for a small family. Now I'm testing it with my recipes from Moulinex. What can I say about Supra's work: she kneaded the dough herself (although they wrote in the instructions that she needed to be helped with a silicone spatula), took a recipe from Moulinex for baking - "French bread" (the easiest for baking baguettes), the bun was kneaded good, now the dough has risen and baking will begin soon. Let's see how the bread maker will bake, I hope for the best, because I've read a lot about this model. But I have experience with a bread maker and dough, so now it all depends on how the oven will bake. My Moulinex had 2 heating elements, and here is one. Hope it bakes well.
Lagri
This is how the bread turned out in my new Supra. It was baked perfectly, came out of the bucket immediately after baking, and in Moulinex I waited 15 minutes under a towel. The only thing left to do was to wipe the bucket, but in Moulinex I soaked the bucket and mixers, here the mixers came out of the bread perfectly and remained clean. I am oh-oh-very happy !!!
Bread was baked according to the recipe:
170 ml water
280 grams of flour (I have 1 grade)
1 tbsp. l. olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp instant dry yeast
Baking mode "Basic" (3 hours)

Bread Maker Supra BMS-150
I cut the bread as soon as I took it out of the bucket. The crust is crispy and not like a stone (as I read on the Internet in reviews).
Bread Maker Supra BMS-150
The fact that the top of the bread is lighter than the barrels does not bother me. The main thing is that the bread is wonderfully baked and the bread maker bakes no worse than the fancy ones.

P.S. The next day, that is, today, Darnitsky baked (already rye flour + wheat), according to the recipes of the forum. The bread was baked perfectly on the "Basic" program. The bread maker bakes !!! And in the instructions about rye-wheat bread, nothing ...
Lagri
But she baked Darnitsky bread according to the recipe:
200 g rye flour
130 g wheat flour
1 tbsp. l dry kvass
210 ml water
1.7 tsp instant yeast
1 tbsp. l olive oil (vegetable oil is also possible)
0.5 tsp salt
Basic program (3 hours)

I bought such a bread maker as a gift for my parents. Then I will share my impressions
andr
Recently I went to my parents to whom I gave such a stove. I baked bread there - super! Left on the 3rd day. they had breakfast - fresh, soft!
And once again he regretted that he had taken an expensive, twin-screw, from which he could not get normal bread. It's a pity the money, of course, but tomorrow I'll take a new, inexpensive and simple one - I hope it will be no worse than Supra!
Krajukha
I tried Little Suprochka - everything is fine! The bread is normally kneaded and baked. In the area of the window, the roof crust is slightly paler, but not critical (a small patch). You can close the window with foil. My children liked the bread, even more than from Panasonic)) Of course, it will be more difficult to achieve a crumb structure like Panase. But if you dance with a tambourine, varying modes, using dough or ripe dough, you can bake an excellent perfumed bread.
I even took a picture of it. I just don't know how to lay out
Serko
He also took such a baby.
Renovated in Yulmart cost less than a thousand. I was a little afraid, but the amount is small, you can take a risk, especially since there was still a little guarantee on it.
On the contrary, Panasonic looks of course weak, and the bucket is tiny, but it does its job.
There were no recipes in the kit, I took the main one from her older sister for 2.5 glasses of flour and 190 water, it turned out well. The original recipe for a smaller size is 2 cups flour. The loaf was eaten instantly.
It's inconvenient that recipes are in cups. Panasonic in grams - put the bowl on the scales and pour it in sequence.
It is curious that in Panasonic, yeast and flour go down, and here, on the contrary, liquid goes down, and flour goes up.

In Panasonic, they are cunning .. they are afraid that the bucket will flow quickly. You can fill up the food as in Panasonic, it does not affect the quality of the bread.
Irinakia
first I bought it for my mom.
I have mulinex with baguette.
sometimes you need to bake tiny bread, and a small mule does not stir well, and the stirrers in it are huge and raised high, when you pull them out of the bread - huge holes - it turns out ugly to cut the bread. Therefore, I do not bake with a delayed start. At a certain time, you have to pull out the mixers and stoves further. and so I want fresh bread in the morning.
The supra 150 makes a wonderful little piece of bread. The agitators are low, their bread falls out by themselves.
Now I order this baby for myself.
I completely forgot that she was without a postponed stratum.
Intersny, is it possible to turn on the bread maker through an external timer?
looked at the instructions. The device is not designed to work with an external timer :-(
What to do?
Selly
Dear owners of BMS-150, please write down the dimensions of the bread machine (HxWxD). The descriptions are nowhere to be found. Of particular interest is the width (whether it will stand in width at 30cm).
