An interesting recipe, I would like to bake.
Is it possible for a more detailed cooking method ?!
Did I understand correctly:
Put the ingredients for the dough into the bread maker in the order prescribed by the instructions. I kneaded the dough in dumplings mode (20 minutes) - I have a Panasonic SD-257.
Pitted olives, dried tomatoes, finely chopped fresh rosemary toss into the dough right away? And how do you cut the finished dough?
When the dough is ready, roll it into a rectangular layer and roll it up on the narrow side. Put the roll on a baking sheet and leave to rise at room temperature (proofing in the oven at 40 degrees for about 30 minutes), then bake until a golden yellow crust forms at temp. 170-190 C approx. 30-35 min.

Without waiting for an answer, I prepared it as I understood and this is what happened:
Ciabatta with dried tomatoes, olives and rosemary
And I did this:
Put the ingredients for the dough into the bread maker in the order prescribed by the instructions. Pitted olives, dried tomatoes, finely chopped fresh rosemary fell out on the whistle. I kneaded the dough on the main program in the Dough Raisin mode (dough with raisins) - I have a Panasonic SD-257.
When the dough was ready, I divided it into 2 parts and rolled each into a rectangular layer and rolled it up on the narrow side. I put the rolls on a baking sheet and put them on a proofer in the oven at 40 degrees for about 30 minutes, after which they baked until a golden-yellow crust formed at temp. 180 C 30 min.
The result is a specific taste. Rosemary is felt very much, although I put 1 hour according to the recipe. l.
