Italian cheese bread (oven)

Ingredients

Fresh yeast 10g.
Warm water 4st. l.
Sugar 1h l.
Eggs 3pcs + 1 yolk
Olive oil 6st. l.
Wheat flour 300g.
Salt 2h l.
Grated cheese (parmesan) 250g.
Ground black pepper 1 \ 2h. l.

Cooking method

  • 1. Knead the dough. Crumble the yeast into warm water. Add sugar and 4 tbsp. l. flour from the total. Leave it overnight.
  • 2. Beat eggs with olive oil. I kneaded in a combine. Add dough. Beat again. Add flour, salt. Knead the dough and knead for 6-8 minutes. Cover with a towel and leave in a warm place for 2 hours.
  • 3. Over time, add cheese, pepper, mix thoroughly.
  • 4. Put in a greased dish, cover with a towel and place in a warm place to rise for 2 hours. I put it in the microwave with a mug of boiling water.
  • 5. Preheat the oven to 190C.
  • 6. Bake 40 minutes until golden brown.
  • 7. Remove from the mold, brush with olive oil.
  • 8. Serve warm.
