Ingredients

Yeast 2 tsp
Flour 600 g
Nuts 60 g
Prunes 60 g
Milk and 2 eggs 360 g
Salt 2 tsp
Honey 3 tbsp. l.
Brown sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Margarine 60 g
Vanillin is on the tip of the knife.

Cooking method

  • Chop nuts and prunes and add to the stove after the signal, the prunes can stick to the dispenser, so control.

Note

In general, I wanted to bake something like Easter cake, but I put in little sugar. The result is a delicious, not very sweet bread. It is good to smear oil on it and eat with coffee or honey and eat with milk. The taste and smell are awesome.

One question is just how high should it go? It came up for me, but not very high and turned out to be dense like a cupcake (the taste did not suffer from this)
