It is already my "duty" to pamper my employees with bread. They ate and praised it, but it seemed salty to me. This is probably for an amateur, I do not really like salty. Homemade cottage cheese serum - 375 ml

Dry mustard beans - 1 tbsp. l.
Wheat flour, unbleached - 2 cups
Multigrain Flour - 1.75 cups
Dry yeast - 1.25 tsp

I didn't have to recalculate the proportions, I did it according to the original recipe. Until I tasted it, outwardly it turned out great. So far, it tasted a little salty, but perhaps from the fact that I use fine sea salt. In general, I liked the recipe, I am satisfied with the result. Thanks to the author for the recipe.
