I baked 450 grams of flour, that is, multiplying all the ingredients by 1.5. Instead of fresh pumpkin, I put 150g of pumpkin puree (it was already prepared without adding liquid, cooked in the microwave), rubbed the apple on a coarse grater. Only by mistake instead of 0.75 h. l. sugar put 0.75 Art. l.... Discovered only after tasting. And now I began to doubt, but how much salt did I put in? Or maybe I forgot? It's just that a friend came to me just at the time of laying the ingredients, so I could easily forget in a hurry. The bun, in my opinion, was rather dry. I didn't add any liquid, but just poured some sunflower oil on top of it. Baked on the main program, put a dark crust. The bread turned out to be quite tall, with a convex roof, with a crispy crust, but because of my carelessness, it was sweet and not salted. All the same I will repeat, only I will try it completely without sugar, and more salt.
