Yeast-free bagels with cherries

Ingredients
Flour
(add a little more if necessary) 600 g
Butter 200 g
Sour cream (or kefir) 400 g
Cooking method

Any filling, I had cherries and finely chopped nuts (sugar is added to the filling, since it is not in the dough)
Combine butter with flour, butter can be chopped with a knife directly in flour or passed through a coarse grater, then add sour cream and knead the dough, put in the cold for 1 hour.
To prepare the filling, I took a jar of cherries, poured the juice, lightly squeezed the cherry with my hand, added 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar and 2 tbsp. spoons of starch, mixed.
Divide the dough into 4 parts, roll the dough into a layer, cut into 8 sectors. Lay the filling. Roll up bagels. Spread out on a greased baking sheet and grease the bagels with yolk, and then sprinkle with sugar ..

Cooking time: 25 minutes
Cooking program: Oven in a preheated oven 180 degrees
