Cake Enchantress in a multicooker Panasonic SR-TMH18

Ingredients

Dough:
Eggs 3 pcs.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Sugar 0.7 cups
Flour 0.7 cups
Cream:
Milk 1 glass
Flour 2.5 tbsp. l
Egg 1 PC.
Sugar 1/2 cup
Vanillin Pinch
Butter 50 g
Glaze:
bitter chocolate 50 g
Powdered sugar 2 tbsp. l.
Cocoa powder 1 tbsp. l.
Milk 3 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Dough:
  • Beat eggs with sugar. Then add the flour with baking powder and beat (on low speed, just a little so that the flour intervenes) or just stir in with a spoon.
  • Grease the bottom and sides of the saucepan with butter, sprinkle with semolina, add the dough and bake on the BAKING program for 60 minutes. Disable the cartoon, but do not open the lid. Let the cake stand there for 10 minutes. Open the lid and let the cake cool slightly. When it cools a little, remove, cut into 2 parts and coat with cream.
  • Cream:
  • Beat milk, flour, egg, sugar, vanillin (in a bowl egg + sugar + vanilla sugar + flour, mix and gradually add milk, stirring continuously. I did this with a mixer at the lowest speed.)
  • Boil over low heat until thickened, stirring all the time. Place the pieces of butter in the hot cream and beat. Refrigerate.
  • Glaze:
  • Melt all the ingredients for the glaze in a microwave for 1-2 minutes, mix well and add 50 g of butter. Stir in a microwave for half a minute. When it cools a little, but not quite, grease the top and sides of the cake with hot.
  • Put the cake in the refrigerator for a couple of hours
  • P.S. Deviations from the original recipe:
  • 1. The amount of ingredients in the dough has been reduced, since I did it in a small cartoon.
  • 2. Used a different glaze.
