Sweet pepper, turmeric and cheese bread (bread maker)

Ingredients

Dry yeast 1.5 tsp.
Wheat flour 3 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Any vegetable oil 1 tbsp. l.
Medium sweet red pepper 1 PC.
Hard cheese, diced 70-100 grams
Water (I bake all whey bread) 230 ml
Turmeric 0.5 tsp
a pinch of oregano optional (goes well with pepper and cheese)

Cooking method

  • We load all the ingredients into a bucket, except for pepper and cheese. Before the end of the kneading (I have 9 minutes), after a special signal, I add diced pepper and cheese. Then I carefully follow the bun, since the pepper is fresh and there is moisture in it, depending on the size of the pepper it may be necessary to add a little flour. I love peppers, and I put a larger pepper on, so I had to add 1 tablespoon flour.
  • The bread turns out to be very aromatic, and a beautiful yellow color, which gave the bread turmeric. Turmeric does not change the taste of bread, but only affects the color. I baked this bread without cheese, it's also delicious. Weight-700 g.

The other day, my son and I went hungry after long walks and nadybali in the same market with a bakery for buns with cheese, or rather, it was the son who wanted them.
I tell him - they just threw the cheese on top and there his cat cried, but he wanted them, their price was not cheap and I thought, what if they really had a lot of cheese.

In short, we bought it - and it turned out to be really tasty, there was also a slight sourness of tomato to taste, orange in color and with blades of grass.

After that I began to itch, well, how is it so I did not know for so long that you can cook such delicious rolls and ran to look for recipes for everything with cheese.

As a result, I took this recipe from natamylove and combined with other cheese recipes, in the end:
- instead of live pepper (his son does not digest it) poured ground - 1 tsp of sweet red and 1 tsp. paprika,
- I took a thick tomato juice 100 g + water,
- cheese "Sour Cream" 125 gr on a coarse grater.

I added a small pinch of oregano, + kukurma and increased salt - 1.5 tsp, we love salty.
I took flour 1 grade, not the highest.

At the last proving, I put 2 strips of cheese on top of the loaf.

The bread got out of the bucket - an unprecedented case so that 450 grams of flour was so flooded
Very airy, very cheesy, moist as I like, amazing with sweet tea.
And much tastier than store buns !!!
