Ingredients

Wheat flour 200 g
Milk 100 ml
Sugar 150 g
Soft butter / margarine 200 g
Egg 3 pcs.
Vanilla (or other) pudding powder 1 pack.
(40 g)
Baking powder 3 tsp
no top
Vanilla sugar 1 pack.

Cooking method

  • Combine flour, pudding and baking powder, sift into a bowl.
  • Add all other products, mix with a mixer at minimum speed, then beat at maximum speed for 2 minutes.
  • Spread the dough evenly on the tins.

Time for preparing:

Bake for 25 minutes.

Cooking program:

Heat the oven to 180C.

Note

Muffins are very tender and delicious.
