Pumpkin curd casserole

Ingredients

PumpkinVanilla Sugar 500 g
Medium apples 2 pcs.
Raisins
Dried apricots
Cottage cheese 300 g
Semolina 4 tbsp. l.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar
(if the apples are sour, more is possible)
3 tbsp. l.
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Sour cream
Bread crumbs
Butter

Cooking method

  • Cut the pumpkin into cubes and fry in a pan until it is half done (in butter). Peel the apple and cut into cubes. Add raisins, dried apricots (cut), eggs, cottage cheese, semolina, vanilla and mix thoroughly. Add pumpkin and mix again. On a baking sheet .... top with a thin layer of sour cream and sprinkle with breadcrumbs (I do it myself in a blender). We put in a hot oven (180 gr.) For 20-25 minutes. It turns out sweet, tasty, with a crispy crust. And the apples crunch slightly.

Of course, everything is better to cook at one time, .... BUT !!! If done for a couple of uses, then you do not need to sprinkle breadcrumbs on top (or sprinkle half). Then in the morning they are no longer a crust! And I heat it up in the microwave ... pretty tasty on the second day. I have not bought a slow cooker yet, I cook in the oven on a Teflon protivinka, then on the sides a delicious fried crust turns out.

Dear forum users, do not pass by this recipe!

If you cook in a multi, then turn on the "baking" for 20 minutes, and fry the pumpkin, in the meantime, cook the rest of the ingredients.

Then mix everything with pumpkin, and put back in the cartoon. Baking for 50 minutes (the first time I baked for 60 minutes, the bottom was a little fried).
The casserole keeps its shape perfectly (you can cut it like a cake), and does not settle. There is no specific pumpkin smell. It is also very tasty when cooled down.
