While it is not yet hot and your appetite has not disappeared, you can cook

Meat stewed in beer.

I'll make a reservation right away. During the preparation process, the alcohol evaporates and only a peculiar, very pleasant taste remains.
I will advise Ukrainians three types of beer: "Obolon" is dark, "Chernigivske" is dark, "Bila Nich".
I only use dark beer. I did it with a light one once and swore - no taste.
In principle, this is an ordinary stew with vegetables, but instead of water we pour beer.
Cut the meat (pork, beef) like into goulash, fry in a dry Teflon pan until golden brown. Put in a stewing dish (cauldron with a lid, glass saucepan. In a frying pan, make a fry - onions, carrots, bell peppers, celery or parsley root (optional), fry in vegetable oil until golden brown, add tomato paste and simmer until oil acquires Red color.
Add the frying to the meat, add finely chopped garlic, sooooo thinly chopped stalks of dill and parsley (chop the leaves and throw at the very end) and pour in dark beer. Season with salt, pepper and place in the oven. Simmer until tender.
30 minutes before the meat is ready, you can add sliced potatoes to the cauldron. Do not add water! Just shake the cauldron several times to cover the potatoes with juice. Remove from the oven, add fresh herbs and let it brew for 30 minutes.
As a side dish, I usually cook vegetables in gravy from meat - I just pour the frozen vegetable mixture from the bag.

earThanks for the Beer Stew recipe. This was the recipe that we immediately identified for ourselves, deciding that we should try. And at the same time, we reached him only yesterday.

The only thing was that we did not have potatoes in the house, but we didn’t want to go, and instead we put cubes of marrow. It turned out well, very tasty (even though I oversalted a little ...)

We took this recipe for ourselves, as delicious, unusual, but completely uncomplicated.

Mom says that soon I will feed all sorts of goodies. I am very glad that I started to cook and that I like it.

So this is thanks from Mom (and from me, of course) YOU.
