Pork chop thinly. If you are using chicken or turkey breasts, beat them through plastic wrap.
Season the meat with salt, pepper, spread with chopped garlic, sprinkle with spices and finely chopped fresh or dry herbs. Twist the meat tightly into rolls, wrap it in plastic wrap and leave for 1 hour. Then put the meat in water right in the foil and cook until tender, about 30 minutes. Leave to cool in the water in which they were cooked. It turns out very soft, tender and tasty rolls.
You can make 1 large roll in this way. Lay out the beaten meat with a rectangle (overlap) and twist into one large roll, which is better tied with a coarse thread before cooking.
