Meat in egg marinade

Cut the meat into portions as for chops across the fibers. Beat each piece, salt, pepper, you can sprinkle with your favorite seasoning and coat with garlic pressed through a garlic press. I do not regret garlic, I grease it abundantly. But, of course, this is not for everybody. Then we break the eggs (3-4 eggs per 1 kg of meat) and shake well with a fork until smooth, like an omelet. Then we put a piece of meat in a container in which it will be marinated and pour it a little with an egg chatter. Put the second piece on top and pour it with an egg in the same way. Then the next, and so on. When all the pieces of meat are laid and spilled with the beaten egg, pour the remaining egg on top. We cover the dishes with foil and send them to the refrigerator until the next day. Let it marinate well. By morning, almost all of the egg is absorbed into the meat. And when the time comes to cook it, we take it out of the refrigerator and roll each piece of meat in flour or bread crumbs and fry. The meat is very soft, with a garlic aroma.

I cooked "Meat in egg marinade" today. It's not the first time I'm doing it, but this time I added fresh dill and 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil (I had carbonate, I was afraid that it would be dry). I cooked in the AG. Very, very, very tasty !!!! Stеrn

Cooked from beef tenderloin (thin edge), pickled from yesterday evening. Very soft meat turned out.

Stella, well, I cooked strictly according to the recipe

Not so long ago it dawned on me that I don't really know how to fry chops. Because we practically don't eat fried food. I fry the chops with a very small amount of oil, quickly on both sides and stew a little (or longer, if beef). And the husband carefully scrapes off all the tried breading options. Batter may refuse to eat at all. In short, I decided to find a relatively suitable choice of chops for us. Meat - pork chop, chilled. As I buy carbonade, I fry the chops for a meal. Got to this recipe ....

I beat off the pieces, smeared them with mustard-pepper-hop-suneli. I loosened the egg, added soy sauce. Everything in a container, shaken and put in the refrigerator. The time turned out to be 3 hours. Dried it in flour, quickly fried it literally on a spoonful of butter, splashed in boiling water and put out a little. Served with round potatoes and green peas from a can. Didn't understand if the husband was sooooo hungry or was he finally completely satisfied with the chops?

THANKS FOR THE RECIPE !!! There are no photos, of course. I cooked exactly once and just before serving ...

Stеrn, well, you give, I'm even tired of wondering at your imagination! : hi: I read somewhere that when marinating meat, you can add a spoonful of starch to the egg mixture, it seems to give the meat even more softness. I tried it on chicken chops and on pork - this combination really works!

Stеrn, forgive that I got in with my 5 kopecks.
I make beef liver chops in egg filling. I cut into layers 1-1.5 cm thick, beat off, pepper, salt, pour in the egg mixture overnight. Then in flour and fry over high heat until golden brown.I put the liver in a frying pan, sprinkle with fried onions (more), close the lid, let them be friends
It turns out very tasty, but I didn't think to make meat like that

Marinated chicken breasts, having previously processed them properly with a tender. I kept it in the refrigerator overnight, because I was in no hurry, otherwise I would have put it in the marinator. Delicious, juicy. Everything that was saved from the starving
