  • Mix the flour with baking powder, add the rest of the ingredients and knead into a soft dough. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Roll out the dough into a sausage about 50 cm long and cut into 20 pieces. Roll up the balls from the pieces and flatten them into a cake about 0.5 cm thick.
  • Put the blanks on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, grease with glaze (pour liquor into the starch and stir thoroughly) and sprinkle with sprinkles (mix sugar with cinnamon and nuts).
  • Bake in a preheated oven at T 180 ° (convection 160 °) until the desired degree of browning (about 15 minutes).
