Brussels sprouts with champignons

Ingredients

Brussels sprouts
(I have frozen)
300 g
Champignons (I have frozen) 150 g
Onion 150 g
Salt, spices to taste
(I have oregano and basil)
Olive (or vegetable) oil

Cooking method

  • Boil cabbage in salted water (or steam, and salt after boiling). Cut the onion into quarter rings and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown. Add mushrooms to the onion and simmer until the liquid evaporates.
  • Finally add the Brussels sprouts, season with salt and spices to taste. If so, sprinkle with herbs. Also, if desired, you can lightly grind with Parmesan.

Mila, I also love Brussels sprouts! I cooked today like you - with onions and mushrooms - one of the most delicious combinations! At the end, when the cabbage, onions and mushrooms were fried together in a pan and were almost ready - I sprinkled everything with soy sauce for piquancy, the French herbs seasoning - complemented the taste - delicious !!! I took large mushrooms and cut them into four parts - very tasty !!!
