Ingredients

DOUGH
Wheat flour 300 g
Milk 100 ml
Salt 1/4 tsp
Sugar 100 g
Rast. oil
(put 50 ml)
75 ml
Vanillin 1 sachet
Baking powder 1 sachet
Cottage cheese
(half a pack of the usual 9% cottage cheese)
125 g
FILLING
Apples 300 g
Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
Butter 1 tbsp. l.
Starch 1 tsp
A little vanillin

Cooking method

  • I kneaded the dough in a bread maker using the Pizza program. While the dough was kneading, I made the filling, melted the plum in a frying pan. oil. Cut the apples into small cubes (0.5 x 1 cm). I put it in melted butter along with sugar and vanilla. Put it out for about 7 minutes on low heat. Since the apples gave a lot of juice, I sprinkled the top with starch and stirred quickly so that no lumps formed. Cool the filling.
  • The dough was divided into 9 balls. I rolled each ball into a cake. I laid out the filling on one half, closed it with the other half, like pasties. I pinched the edges well ...

Time for preparing:

20 minutes

Cooking program:

Bake at t 180 C

The author did not write anything about cottage cheese, but I had a pack of ordinary cottage cheese "Blagoda" 9% - that's half a pack and I took it. Try it, I hope you like it too. After baking, the pies look like juicy, only filled with apples.

Thank you very much for the recipe, very tasty !!! Only I didn't have apples, I made it with a pear, 2 pcs of pears and flour took me a little more than according to the recipe.

I did it with simple cottage cheese in packs - good, and with such a crumb-free, creamy quark type - generally super so soft and fluffy and airy, so it's better to do with creamy cottage cheese and in a convection oven for no more than 10 minutes, maybe even a little less
