Wheat milk bread with sesame seeds (bread maker)
Hope
Finally I bought sesame seeds and made a sesame bread. It turned out super delicious!
Okssi
Excellent bread itself turned out
Only I slightly reduced the amount of oil, I didn't want to make it too rich, but it looks and tastes wonderful! I baked the Altai tale for the first time with flour and everything is fine))
And you can buy sesame seeds in any market where dried fruits and seeds are sold, there are different oils too ...
karamel
Can you replace dry milk with regular milk?
fugaska
sure you may! just use milk instead of water so it's even tastier and healthier
kerosin
Unrealistic fabulous bread. Baked four times in a row, including "take away". Now these people are buying a bread maker.
ellfox
I didn't quite understand: at what point should I lubricate with water so that the dough does not settle?
fugaska
I grease the roof a few minutes before baking - the dough will not settle, unless of course you crush it with your hands
Begimot
Hello1 I really love this bread))) True, I took the recipe in the instructions for the bread maker and slightly adapted it to your taste)))
I did not change much the amount of ingredients, flour 600 gr, oil 25 gr, poppy seeds or sesame seeds 15 gr, milk 400 ml, milk is usually heated))) Bookmark in the bread maker according to the instructions))
If you need to check yeast or flour, then I bake according to this recipe and I understand that the products are super or vice versa)))

The bread is airy and delicious! Instead of ordinary milk, I added baked milk, it turned out to be a very fragrant bread!
Thank you!!!

Thanks for the recipe!
Along the way, I could not resist and made my own adjustments:
- I used chilled milk (I was afraid to heat it up or keep it to room temperature, because it was unpasteurized, from a domestic cow, aging for several days :);
- instead of 500 grams of wheat flour I took: 400 wheat and 100 rice;
- sesame seeds are browned in a dry frying pan;
- light crust
The bread turned out to be excellent !!! Very delicate, straight cotton - rice flour, I think it played the role of a baking powder, white, that even the top did not turn brown. Toasted sesame seeds also brought their own harmonious note. I recommend to everyone!

Hello everybody!
Explain to a beginner what it means to add sesame seeds to a beeper, or to a dispenser?
I don’t know such words!
Thank you!

Not all HPs have a dispenser. This is such a box into which additives are poured. Then they themselves, when necessary, get enough sleep.And by the beeper - it means by the sound signal. Does your HP "beep" during the batch? Closer to the end. This means it's time to go to sleep with supplements.

Oh thank you! Yes, my squeak, but I didn’t wait and immediately poured 2 measuring spoons of poppy along with everything. I decided to try it with poppy seeds too, sesame was not in the house. I hope nothing bad will happen because of the haste? Bread is already being baked. Came up so beautifully. Let's see what happens.
Thank you, now I will know when to introduce additives. By beeper.
Mila007
nope ... nothing will happen
But if the recipe says to pour additives over the beeper, then it’s better to do so. This mainly applies to: olives, cheese, dried fruits, nuts, sausages ... and so on. Since if you throw at the beginning of the kneading, then all this will mix into "porridge". And nothing should happen to the poppy. It is shallow in itself.
Good luck with your bread!

Thank you, now I will know when to introduce additives. By beeper.

It is necessary to distinguish what you put in the dispenser, and even without the dispenser. Its absence is not bad

If these are dry additives, like sesame seeds or dry herbs, grains, sesame seeds - you can immediately lay them in - nothing will be dough, and the dough will retain its appearance.

If these additives are soft, like raisins, candied fruits, dried apricots, nuts and others, then they need to be laid 5 minutes before the end of the kneading, only so that the additives have time to mix in the dough and not be damaged. If dried fruits and nuts are added at the beginning of kneading, they will split into splashes, lose their appearance to puree and give extra liquid to the dough.

And yet - all soft dried fruits should be washed, dried, and rolled in flour before being placed in the dough.

Admin, thanks for the science!

But I got such a bread yesterday. Delicious! We liked him very much too. Wheat flour, but it says rustic flour. So I don't know which one she is. Our manufacturer is local, Israeli. It is darker in color and slightly coarse. The gingerbread man turned out to be almost perfect!

Thank fugaska
Mila007
Ulitych, your bread
And you probably have flour with bran (whole grain), since you say that it is wheat, but dark.
Elena Kiliba
THANKS ..... I'll take a note of the recipe and today I'll try to bake it ... True, at home, it seems, the oil has run out, but I'll try to replace it with olive oil (just with the proportions I wouldn't miss ..) THANKS !!!!!
Lanita
It turned out very tasty! Thank you!!!
UZhanka

TER_RA, at least in basic, at least in French. In French, the crust is more pronounced.
